The girls sat in the small change room as one group. There was not much talk but mainly silence. The office was next to the change room and suddenly they heard Christi yelling. "Maddie made Chloe commit suicide." Christi yelled like a mad man. Tears trickled out of Maddie's eyes. "If Maddie wasn't so competitive and wanted to beat Chloe, she would be alive" Christi shouted even louder. Tears came out of her eyes faster and faster and the girls were shocked. They all ran up hugging Maddie saying comforting things to her. Maddie continued crying but was glad she had her friend there to try to cheer her up.
Maddie got up and ran to Melissa her Mum. The girls followed. Maddie jumped into her mothers arm and told her everything. Melissa stood up and ran to the office. "No, Mum you will make it worse" Maddie screamed again.
