Ratliff's pov

I heard a knock on the door and I opened it wide to reveal Laura.
"Hey, Ratliff!"She exclaimed.
"Hey, Laur!" I stepped aside so she could come in. "What's up?"
She walked into the lounge and sat down.
"I need a favor."
"Ok. Proceed."I said in a 'wanna-be -British accent.
She laughed.
"Ok, well..."

Ross's pov

I booked the tickets and I am now getting into my car to collect some groceries for mom, as Laura has gone out.

I am passing Ratliff's house and I saw Laura's car infront of it.

Yep, definitely her car!
I looked inside the Living Room window and I saw Laura laughing with Ratliff! How could she be with him, now! She said that she was finding Rydel's date! She lied! She's cheating on me! I can't believe her!

Anyway, I'm going to find out.

Laura's pov

"So, Ratliff. Can you be Rydel's date?"I asked, bluntly.
"Of course. You know I'm in love with her! You're the best!"
I gave him a hug.
"Thanks Ratliff!" I gave him a kiss on the cheek - he is my distant cousin, after all.

Ross's pov

I stood outside, behind the plant pot.
This is what I heard:

L:So, Ratliff. Can you be _____ date?
R:Of course! You know I'm in love with _____.You're the best!

At this point anger was boiling up inside me.

L:Thanks Ratliff!

She gave him a kiss and a hug! She is obviously cheating!

Laura's pov
When I arrive to Ross's house I asked Rydel where Ross was, and he has gone out to get groceries.
"Delly! I have you a date!"I exclaimed.
"Really! Who is it?!" She squealed.
"I'm not telling!"
"Aww! Why not?" She whined.
"It's a suprise!"

Rydel's pov

I think, I sorta, kinda like Ratliff. I hope Laura went to him to be my date! She probably didn't though.

Ross's pov

I went and got the groceries and I arrive home to meet Laura.

"Hey Laura!"I saw her watching TV.

"Hey Rossy!"

Ugh. She still sounded cute!

"Um, Laur. Can I talk to you, in my room?"

"Um, sure."I could tell she was a little worried.

This is how it went:

Laura's pov

Ross locked the door.

R:What was that?!

I could tell he was trying to keep his calm.

R:That kiss with Ratliff!

I am so shocked. He was there?!

L:Um.
R:You cheated on me! You were laughing with him!You know what?!
We're done!

He yelled at me.
Tears started flooding out.
He's never yelled at me before.

L:Ok, just hear me out.

I brought up all the courage I have.
He grunted.

L:I went over to Ratliff's to ask if he would be Rydel's date. You know what?!

My temper rising.

L:I admit, I gave him a kiss, but you know why? He is my blood! He is my cousin!

With that I stormed out of the room, only to bump into Rydel who had tears in her eyes as she was probably listening to the whole thing.
She grabbed my arm and gently took me to her car and went to Starbucks.

Ross's pov

Great! I feel like a total jerk! Now, I need to win the love of my life back!

I tried calling Laura but it just lead to voicemail.

I texted her, but she didn't reply.

I decided that I should go to Starbucks;that place always calms me down.

I just arrived and guess who I just saw! Rydel and Laura!

I ran over to them only to find Laura ignoring me and Delly glaring at me.

"Ok, I know you don't want me here but I need to ask you two questions."

"Laura."I added.

"What?"Rydel asked.

"One, Laura. I understand if you despise my guts right now, but you know that my anger gets the better of me. I shouldn't of accused you, I didn't know the facts. I'm sorry."

A small smile appeared on her face.
"You're forgiven."

A huge smile stretched my skin.

"Thank you! Anyways, are you still my date for tomorrow?"

"I guess so."
She chuckles.

"Woohoo!"
Nearly everyone, in Starbucks, stares at me, but I don't care.

"What's the second question?"

"Oh, um. You're still my girlfriend right?"
