"Rin, hey!" Shima barreled forwards, leaving me stranded with his academy blazer and the rest of my fading dignity.

The boy who Shima had only just identified as Rin whipped around from his seat in the green. He sat at a normal bench in the most under-populated area, with nothing but pigeons around him. He had dark blue locks that looked unkempt, constantly falling over his eyes and face, with somewhat elf-like ears pointing from under them. The eyes that he kept seemed to be the same color.

As Rin saw Shima, he flashed his teeth in a grin, revealing a mouth full of bright teeth, and two extra-long canines. Shima seemed to do the same upon seeing Rin's reaction.

"Shima!" Rin shouted, pulling himself from the bench.

The two boys quickly embraced, before realizing what they had just done. Shima dropped some sweat, while Rin chuckled nervously. He widened his eyes when he layed eyes on me, apparently oblivious to his surroundings.

"Oh-yeah, sorry..." Shima apologized, "this is Kin-chan," he gestured to me, before doing the same for Rin, "and this is Rin."

"Hi," I quietly said, giving a small wave and letting my eyes drop to my feet.

"She's my girlfriend," Shima announced for the seemingly fifth time that day. Already, about three groups of teenage girls had come up to us, wondering why his blazer had been draped over my shoulders.

Maybe they were jealous, but I didn't understand why, if they were.

I flinched at Shima's previous sentence, feeling a harder stare penetrate into me.

"Oh... hi there," Rin's answer was something entirely different than what I had expected from him. He held out his hand, allowing for a quick shake upon meeting.

After I had taken hold of his hand and awkwardly pulled it up and down, Rin smiled warmly to me. The sight was calming, yet I felt myself clench up as Shima's arms found their way around my waist.

"We weren't sure of what to do today," Shima hinted at, obviously hoping for a suggestion. I felt him tighten his grip on me, placing his chin on my head.

"You two should go..." Rin paused, most likely searching for an idea, "you could always go out for food," he beamed. "There's always time for more food, even if it isn't lunch time yet."

Shima chuckled, his body shaking from the action. I could feel it on my back, sending a shiver of discomfort up my spine.

"I don't think so, Rin," he clarified.

    "What about the movies?"

"I suppose," Shima seemed disappointed, yet I was ecstatic. An hour or two in a dark theater, where a movie would take place; it meant that Shima wouldn't be allowed to speak or do anything that might annoy other customers.

    I grinned.

"Can I come?" Rin asked, "I know a movie that I'd like to see!"

"Sure," at this point, Shima acted like he had completely given up. His words came blankly, and his grip on my waist had tightened. "If you'd like to, that's fine."

Even better, that we'd be accompanied.

"Which movie?" I spoke up, ignoring a tightening grip from Shima. I was only curious at to what Rin wanted to see.

"Kyoryu no Tamago," Rin replied, still plastering a smile to his face.

Yet again, Shima's embrace clenched up more at the movie title; it was almost as if he was trying to suffocate me. To hide his actions, I smiled back to Rin, and nodded in approval.

"Sounds... good," I managed to choke out.

Yay, how original. A movie. Honestly, I'm writing this without a plan, so I'm sorry if it seems more or less outrageous.
