Melissa Darnell swore that she'll get through high school in one piece. Even though her school, St. Bernard's Preparatory School wasn't exactly the most peaceful place with strong social hierarchy still ruling the place. Not when her former best friend was one of the highest in the totem pole. At least Melissa still had her best friend Piper, her stellar grades and her invisibility.
But everything crashed and burn the moment she punched a Fuckboy in her school and somehow getting blackmailed by a feminist student named Annalise Carrington to join her feminist club. And she must answer letters to broken-hearted girls in her school that might be more insecure than their thick makeups implied.
Just when everything seemed to be okay, Melissa must do some community service (and got stuck in a group project) with said former best friend Ray Somers (and the source of heartbreak) while balancing her membership in the club. Because if anyone ever found out the reason why Ray turned the way he was, Melissa wasn't sure that her survival in St. Bernard's could be guaranteed.
It's not like that she intended to break Raymond Somers' heart, after all.
