unexpected (Complete)

chapter 13

~jace pov~
Its was al long day, i didn't slept at all i was just to excited about the fact we may escape. When David brought the food, i realised that this was the last time we eat breakfast down here, i couldn't stop smiling. Grace and I just were talking about the plan, I hope so that it works, I wanna see my family again and Grace too.

Its around 11:30 PM and we finally can't here Gregg and David upstairs.
"You're ready to leave?"
"No I wanna stay here" Grace said sarcastic
"Wow Grace, its not the good time to be sarcastic!"
"Okay I'm sorry, but I'm nervous and when I get nervous I get sarcastic" she said

I make myself and Grace free from the handcuffs with the key, we walked towards the stairs and looked if anyone was there. Then we went upstairs really quiet, we were at the top of the stairs and looked around ones again to make sure no one was there. We walked very quiet towards the door, I tried to open the door with the key but it didn't work.

"I knew it, it couldn't be this easy." I whisper.
We looked around for a other key, we found a key on the dresser in the hallway. We tried to open the door again, but it didn't work.
"Dammit"
When we found the 3rd key, it finally did fit, we opend the door but it wasn't easy. I think that we were too loud cause i heard, someone coming downstairs. We closed the door and putted the key in our pocket, we were about to go back down to the basement, and try again an hour later. But it was to late, we were caught, by the one and only Gregg, sure why not?

"And were do you think you're going?" He asked
"The toilet?" Grace said in an asking way
"You were trying to escape weren't you?" Gregg asked again
"What no...."
"Then explain to me how you can be free?" He said
"Well you see David dropped the key and we were about to give it back." She says
"I knew it, it was Davids fault. DAVID! COME DOWN AND QUICK!" He yells
"What do you want I was sleeping" David said
"Those two were trying to escape again!" Gregg yelled
"You know, i wouldn't like it either in here." David said
"Oh so you're on theire side?"
"What no I didn't said that"
"Then shut up!"

I looked over at Grace, we thought the same thing: RUN!
But as we started running Gregg grabbed Grace and I stopped running.
"What are you doing you idiot RUN!" She yelled
"I can't leave you alone!"
"Sure you can RUN!"

I started running again David came after me, i ran through the whole house, i couldn't find a way out. Eventually i found a back door, but of course i didn't have a key, i looked behind me, i was faster then David. So I ran to the and tried to kick it open, it didn't work, so I tried again, it still didn't work. So I tried it the 3rd time and propably my only change, i kick the door open with everything that i had left in me and finally the door opened! I was in the backyard I wasn't having a lot of time because David was right behind me, i climb over the fence, i was so close to escaping, nobody could stop me! Finally after 3 weeks being kidnapped i was outside again, i ran as fast as i could searching for a police office. I ended up in a busy street, what was strange because it was in the middle of the night.

"Excuse me sir, do you know where the police office is?"
"Ofcourse i do, I'm a police man." He said
"Oh great, thats amazing!" I said tired
"Come with me i will bring you."
We got into his police car, when i sat down i realised how tired i was.
"So why do you need to go to the police office, are you lost?"
"No no, well kind of, its a long story."
"We have the time"
"Well okay then, my name is Jace Norman, about 3 weeks ago I had a Meet and Greet, with my fans."
"You're fans?"
"Yeah my fans, I'm a actor, you see. So on the meet and greet, i saw a black car coming and two man in securaty clothes came up to me and one fan. And everything went fast, we got kidnapped."
"Sorry what was you're name again?"
"Jace Norman"

"Yeah hello this police officer James, I have a kid called Jace Norman who claimes he got kidnapped." Said the police officer in his walky talky.
"Yeah oke thank you, i will bring him to the police office."
"Whats going on?"
"Don't worry everything is going to be alright!"

We ended up at the police were i had to tell the hole story, i ended being there for 2 houres just talking.
"Thank you Jace, we called you're parents they will be here soon!"
"Wait but what is going to happen with Grace?"
"We don't know...."
