chapter 14

~Grace Pov~
"And you thought you could escape." Gregg laughed
"Maybe i didn't escape, but Jace will"
"Oh poor little girl, you're dreaming to much!" Gregg said
Then David came back inside, without Jace, maybe our plan did work, i smiled a bit.
"I'm so sorry Gregg i lost him!"
"You idiot! How could you?!" Gregg yelled
"The last thing that i saw was him getting in a police car."
"Oke then we have to leave as fast as possible!"
"Why?" I asked
"Because otherwise the police will find us!"
"Why don't you just give up, I mean Jace is already gone, and I was here by accident."
"Because we still need you for our new plan!"
"NEW PLAN?" David and I yelled together
"Yes now you're stupid plan didn't work!"
I looked at Gregg and said: Jace is save and that is the most important thing for me now!
"Oh boehoe go kiss you're boyfriend, oh wait he is not here anymore to protect you!"
"Oh wait my boyfriend never been here!" I said sarcastic
"David go get our stuff were leaving this places!"

About 15 minutes later we sit in the car, so strange 3 weeks i sat next to Jace and now i'm alone, not knowing if I ever see him again. I try to look outside but i can't keep my eyes open, i'm just so tired.

I wake up, were still driving but its already light outside, i wonder how long were driving now, and where we're going to and what is happening with Jace. I hope he is with his family, the only thing that i know is that almost everyone knows I'm still kidnapped and that Jace is trying to help the police as best as he can.
I remember what Jace said yesterday Night before we were about to escape: What you're going through right now, will be over soon. Remember to take care of yourself first! Stay strong!

I started crying I wanna go home I don't wanna stay here alone with these jerks! We stay driving for a good 3 houres, i look outside were litterly in the middle of nowhere.

Finally we stopped in front of what seems a forest house, i ain't gonna stay there! David grabs my arm so i couldn't escape, but he was wrong, i was mad and i wanted to go home! Nobody could stop me to escape, nobody! I kick David in the balls, he let go and fell on the ground, i started running i never ran this fast, i didn't look behind me cause that is the stupidest thing you could ever do. I ran but i didn't know were to go, at one point i saw a gas station, i ran to a truck and i knocked on the door.
"Please help me someone is trying to kidnap me!" I yelled tired
"Come in and fast! Were do you need to go?" He asked
"The police!"

I know you shouldn't get in a car with strangers but i was already kidnapped so it didn't matter. Finally we were back in the city, the truck stopped at macdonalds.
"Now you just have to go straight oke, good luck!" He said
"Thank you so much, you saved me!"

I got out of the truck and ran to the police office. Finally i could go back home, i went inside and someone came up to me.
"Can i help you?" A woman asked
"Yes, my name is Grace Manners, i got kidnapped just like Jace Norman."
"Come with me!"
She brought me to a room were i had to tell the whole story meanwhile the woman called my parents.

~Jace Pov~
It was a day later and i wanted to find Grace, so i went to the police office and said that i knew where the house was. So we went with 3 police cars to the house, when we got there i wanted to open the door with the key, but they just kicked it open. When we got inside i ran to the basement, meanwhile the police searched the house. I got down but nobody was there.
"DAMMIT!"

I went back upstairs but the police didn't find anyone, but they did find a note.

Dear Jace or police man,
When you read this you're in our house but were not here. When Jacr escaped we brought Grace to another place, sorry. Good luck with finding us its impossible!

I started tearing up, Grace is gone and I can't do anything about it. We went back to the police office. Were i had to wait for my parents to come. Two people got inside, but it weren't my parents, it were Grace parents!
"Excuse me!"
"Yes." They said
"Are you the parents of Grace?"
"Yes we are why?"
"Because i'm Jace Norman."
"Yes now I see!" The mom said
Before i could ask were Grace was i heard.

"MOM DAD!"
I saw Grace running towards her parents. I started smiling and tearing up Grace was save!
"Jace? Omg Jace!" She yelled
She run up to me and hugged me, we both started crying.
"You're save!" We both said
"But how did you escape?"
Grace told me about how she kicked David in the balls and ran away. I start laughing. Then my parents came inside,
"I think that its time for me to go!"
"Wait don't you wanna have Grace phone number?" My mom said
"Wow Jace you're a really good friend!" My dad said
"Wait but my phone is dead!" She said
"Well then you just give me your number and i will text you!"
"Okay its 594triangle/blue."
(Only henry danger fans understand)
"Thanks i will text you."
