Me and Sarah needed to find a way to get enough money to go to the concert. It costs $200 for a ticket so for the both of us to go we needed $400. First we tried lemonade stands, but it wasn't a very "fast" idea. So next we tried babysitting. Babysitting was going very well until we weren't getting any more calls.
So now we have $50.50. Then the last thing we tried was a car wash. That went pretty good until Victoria and Audrey pulled up. "Aw look at the little girls having a car wash to get enough money to see Austin Mahoney!" Audrey said laughing.
"It's Mahone!" I said clenching my fists. Then Sarah whispered in my ear, "Don't do something you will regret." After Sarah said that I unclenched my fists. "What do you guys want?" Sarah asked. "Oh I don't know a car wash? This is a car wash isn't it?" Victoria asked. "Fine. Come on Sarah lets just get it over with," I said.
When we finished washing Audrey's car we walked up to Audrey's window. "That will be $5, Audrey," I said. "Here take it," Audrey said throwing the 5 dollar bill at me. Then they sped away. "I don't know about you but I'm done for the day," Sarah said. "So am I, let's go home," I said.
When we got to our houses we counted our money. "So we have $70.50 so far..." I said throwing the money on the bed. "We only need $329.50," Sarah said, "That's not even enough for one ticket..." "So girls how is it going?" my mom asked as she walked in the room.
"We still need $329.50..." I said. "Well that's a start for only a day!" my mom said, "Here make it only $300 left here is $29.50." "Oh my gosh thanks mom! Half way there to the first ticket!" I said
