The next morning I woke still in his arms. I felt all happy inside. There was something special about this guy, I couldn't quite place my finger on it. I felt him move, I looked up at him and he smiled. "Good morning." I smiled back and repeated those same words. "Sleep good?" I nodded and sat up. "We should go out tonight." He sat up to. "Oh yeah? Where should we go?" He held my hands. "Anywhere, I just wanna be with you." Before he could speak my phone rang. It was Amber, I thought maybe she would explain what the hell happened the other night. "I gotta take this." I said and stood up. "Oh look who's calling." Was the first thing I said into the phone. "I'm so sorry. Please forgive me." She begged "I don't really wanna hear this shit right now." At that moment I realized I shouldn't have answered the phone. "Please let me make it up to you, we can do something tonight." I sighed "I'm busy." She wasn't gonna stop trying. "Doing what? Can I join you?" She asked. "Why would I let you join us?" I noticed Colson was trying to get my attention. He said quietly "just let her come, we can have a date tomorrow night." I nodded. "Fine you can come. We'll pick you up in a couple hours." She thanked me. "Wait who's we?" She asked curiously. "You won't know him, I gotta go." Then I hung up before she could respond.

We had to stop by my house so I could change and we had to stop and get some drinks. "Mila, so who's this friend of yours we are seeing tonight?" He asked on our way to get her. "Her name is Amber, she's kind of loud and annoying sometimes. If you feel uncomfortable we can always leave."  I wanted to make sure he knew it was okay to back out. "I'll be fine, you don't seem that excited about this. Are you okay with it?" I didn't know how to respond because I honestly didn't know.

We pulled in her drive way, she was waiting on her porch. "Mila!" Her faced perked up and she got into the car. "Who's this?" She was referring to Colson. "This is Colson." He gives her the peace sign. "I'm her boyfriend." He smiled. We never made anything official yet, but I liked the sound of that. "Boyfriend? I didn't know you were dating anyone." Maybe that's because you blew me off and ignored me for a couple days I thought. "Yeah, where are we off to then?" I looked at Colson. "We could head to a club down town." He offered and Amber and I both agreed. I hoped that this would go well.
