Narrator's POV

Ziva and Tony stood on the train station, waiting for her train to come. At the side of the station, there was a bar. "I need a drink" Ziva demanded, and walked over to the bar. Tony followed her, knowing that she shouldn't be drinking alcohol, he needs to watch her.

She sat on the chairs that were bolted infront of the counter table, and Tony followed, carrying her bags, with them. At the farther corner of the bar, Ziva noticed a beautiful painting. "They look like white elephants." She stated, looking at the painting with awe. Tony turned his attention to what Ziva was staring at. Then it hit him, the painting that she was staring at was actually white hills--and not even close looking to an elephant, but he knew what she meant.

"What would you want to drink?" The barista asked, Ziva smiled and asked for beer. The barista smiled back and gave her what she ordered.

Just as Ziva was about to take a sip, Tony stopped her. "You shouldn't be drinking that, it's very unhealthy." He said. Ziva snorted, like he cares, she thought. "I am parched, I need a drink." She retorted back.

"Then have water instead, its not healthy for you." Tony demanded.

"You have never cared, not even for us." Ziva stated. Tony finally got what she meant.

"It is not like that, Ziva, Its really a simple operation, its barely an operation at all." He explained.

They have tackled this everyday, ever since they found out, she was actually surprised that he didn't freak out when she told him, he remained calm, and yet.... She will leave him.
Ziva looked at the ground where the table legs rested on. She stayed silent so Tony continued.

"I know you wouldn't mind it Ziva, its really simple, just to let the air in. I will go with you, stay with you at all times. They just let the air in and its all perfectly natural." Tony explained again

"Then what would we do afterwards?" Ziva asked

"We will be fine afterwards. It would be just like before. Gibbs wouldn't know." Tony reprimanded, like its the most logical thing to do.

"What makes you think that?" Ziva asked confused and heartbroken. "That is the only thing that bothered us, that is the only thing that made us unhappy." Tony replied.

"And you think then that we will be alright and be happy once again?" Ziva asked

"I know it will. I have known a lot of people who has done it, and they we're all happy afterwards."

"So have I." Said Ziva "And they were all so happy."

"Well" said Tony, "if you don't want to then you don't have to . I wouldn't have you to do it if you wouldn't want to. But I know its perfectly simple."

"And you really want to?" She asked again

"I think its the best thing to do. But I don't want you to do it, if you really don't want to." Said Tony

"But if I did, you'll be happy, and things would be like they were, and you'll love me?"

"I love you now. You know I love you." He said, which made her heart skip a beat.

"I know. But if I do it, then it would be nice to say things again like white elephants, and you will like it?"

"I will love it. I love it now, but I just can't think about it, you know how I get when I worry."

"If I do it, you won't ever worry?" She asked and answered for herself "then I would do it, I do not care about me."

Tony's gaze redirected, he looked at her weirdly, like she has two heads. "I care about you..." and he
continued "I won't let you do it if you do not want to."

Ziva stood up and walked to the end of the station. Tony followed her "And we could have all this, all of this. But no we couldn't." She stated

"We could." He said

"No we couldn't. It isn't ours anymore." Ziva stated giving up hope. "And once they take it away, we could never have it back."

"They haven't taken it away from us." Tony said placing his hand on her belly

"We'll wait and see." Ziva said losing hope, to ever change his mind.

Now he knows what she really wants and so does he, but he was afraid if he might screw this up like he did the last time. But he knows what he wants, and she apparently wants it with him also.

"You have to realize, I do not want you to do it, if you do not want to, I am happy with it. I will accept it." He said surely

"Doesn't it mean anything to you?" She asked hurt evident in her voice.

"Of course it does, but I don't want anybody but you. I don't want anyone else. And I know its perfectly simple." He said making her smile

"Would you please please please please stop talking." She requested and so he did.

He looked at the bags leaning against the wall at the station. There were labels on them, from the hotels where they had spent nights. "The train comes in five minutes." Said the attendant.

"This must mean goodbye now?" Ziva asked

Tony sighed "No, I'm not letting you leave me."

Ziva crossed her arms and her brows. "But we have talked about this, the reason why I am leaving...why I must hide.....why I must ca--" she did not have a chance to continue what she was saying because she felt his lips connect against hers.

"I can run away with you. I can't loose you." Tony said with his hand protectively holding her belly

"But you want it gone?" She asked confused.

"That is where you are wrong Miss David." He said and continued kissing her.

A/n: weird story? I know, its actually about Tony wanting Ziva to take an abortion, only to realise that it would be the best thing that would happen to them, and of course the guilt of leaving Ziva with his kid to handle by herself would kill him. It is actually like a one night stand that went wrong. But they didn't just had one night, it says in the story where they had spent nights. So I know it sucks, but I need your Ideas? Comments? And requests? A part two maybe? The story idea was borrowed from the book "Hills like white elephants" check it out.
