You've Got The Glow

Chapter 6

Adysens P.O.V

" I can't do this, nope okay I'll just tell Jake that I got sick or something and I have drop out of the competition. Yeah, that's what I'll do." I Say to Adrian who was desperately searching through my closet trying to find something for me to wear.

"You have to do it, you were already picked there is no Turning back now."

"But-" I begin before being cut of by a shirt hitting my face.

"Your doing it. No buts. Now go put on that outfit so we can go meet Jake!" She shouts

"I'll be waiting in the car."

I put on the outfit that she chose for me, and added little extra makeup so Jake won't see how extremely unattractive I really am. I quickly finish and head outside to meet my mom and adrian at the car.

After a 15 minute drive we arrive outside of a studio/ Apartment that Jake's Dad owns. We get out if the car and quickly make our way tho the studio door were we see scooter.

"Didn't I tell you yesterday that it was a one time thing?  " he says with a smirk forming into his face.

"I-I I'm-" I begging before being cut off by Adrian. She's Adysen One of Jake's winners!

"I know who she is I was just messing with ya"

"Come on in, oh and congratulations by the way. You have an amazing voice Adysen.  I think you could really win this. "

We walk into the studio entrance. There we see a guy and a girl sitting on the couch in front of another guy. I stand there staring at the snapback that one  of the guys was wear until I realized who it was. I feel my palms begin to sweat, and I begin to panik until an angelic voice brings me out of my thoughts.

"Hey, you must be Adysen. I'm Jake Miller."

"I-I..." I stupidly stutter.

"Hey Jake! This is Adysen . Sorry about that she just such a huge, huge fan and is still in shock . "My Mom says

in a lame attempt to save me.

"Haha, that's no problem I get that reaction a lot I'm used to it."

"Oh my gosh, I can't believe this is actually happening. " I say

"Trust me this is nothing wait until you perform live!"

There is a brief moment of silence before Jake speaks up.

"I'd like to have a word with Adysen and the other contestants alone if you don't mind waiting in the apartment area?" Jake says kindly

Oh sure,good luck honey go kick some as- "Mom,  thank you go now please."

Soon the room is empty except for Me, Jake, Robbie and Emily.

Well that is for now sorry this chapter is short and crappie I have had writers block and I have no idea what to write. I'll try to update as soon as possible!
