"Close your eyes, we're nearly there" Nash said whilst driving. He was taking me somewhere as a surprise and I am getting impatient!
"Nashhh just tell me where we're going!!"
"No! I already told you it's a surprise, so can you please close your pretty little eyes cause they're distracting me!" He laughed.
"Ugh fine!" I huffed feeling defeated.
A couple of minutes later I heard Nash's car door open after the engine had been turned off and then it slammed shut.
"Nash?"
No answer.. I'm scared what's happening?
I felt a gush of summer breeze hit my body sending a shiver down my spine. A soft hand held mine and helped get me out of the car. The hand felt oh so familiar. Nash's hand! So soft and-- wait what's he saying?
"What?" I asked feeling slightly dumb.
"I was saying keep your eyes closed and just hold my hand I will guide you along" he giggled knowing fully well that I hadn't payed attention before.
"Oh right okay"
Meh guided me along until we got to a soft part and my feet started sinking into the ground. Okay I know where we are, the beach. We kept walking a few feet further until Nash said "stop here"
I felt him move behind me lean his head on my shoulder and cover my eyes with his hands as if my eyes aren't closed.
"Are you ready for your surprise?"
"Yes! Nash please hurry!!"
"Okay okay, ready?"
Before I could reply he moved his hands away revealing the most beautiful sight on the beach. There were candles lit all around an area which had a dinner table and two seats at it with a dish covered in the centre and two glasses of what looked like Coca Cola.
"Oh my gosh Nash it's beautiful!! Thank you so much! Oh my gosh I love it! You're so amazing!"
"It's no problem km glad you like it!"
"Nash I don't like it, I love it!"
"Aww, you ready to eat?"
"Yes! I'm starved cause you told me not to eat!"
"Haha well it's worth the starvation!" He laughed as he pulled out my seat for me to sit.
What a true gentleman!
