Tonight Nash is taking me to the New Year's firework display in Times Square and I'm so excited. Just the thought of fireworks is so beautiful!
"Stephanie are you ready yet you're taking forever!!"
"Nearly nearly calm down Nash!"
"Babe who are you trying to impress cause I swear it's only me you're supposed to impress!?"
"No one babe only you!"
"So flipping wear pjs, no make up, a beanie, slippers and let's go!!"
"No! I'm coming I'm coming!"
I laughed as I opened my bedroom doer and heading downstairs to see an impatient looking Nash at the bottom. His eyes caught sight of me and opened so wide that I could use them to swim in, ahh ocean blue eyes. So beautiful!
"Wow! You look stunning!"
"Aw thanks babe"
"Can we go now?" He laughed.
"Yeah let's goo"
We got there after an hour drive and now we are preparing for the countdown. We got front row spaces and we are counting down from 60.
"10...9...8...7...6...5..4...3-"
I shouted with everyone else and at 3 I was cut off by a kiss from Nash that he kept going as everyone screamed happy new year. Fireworks were going off around us (literally) and people were screaming and cheering as we pulled away and embraced each other in a hug.
"Happy new year" we whispered in unison.
This was the best way to ever start a new year!!
