The last time I saw the Curtis's was the same day my brother died. My parents move me back to Texas. I never told anyone but I was leaving. My Dad died from a heart sickness. Mom killed herself ...Me I'm on the run from the Foster systems! I have been friends with Sodapop or has I called him Sodie and he calls me Tams since no one can tame me what -so -ever. I'm a greaser if ya'll are wondering. I'm back at home where my older brother was buried. I heard from my mom before she killed herself that Mr. and Mrs. Curtis had died. I still feel sad....I don't have anyone and the brothers do....Fine I'm green eye monster if ya want the truth. My life is over....I can't go back ....Everything went black...
Sodapop's Pov

I hear someone crying. Johnny is.
"Johnnyckaes what's wrong?"
"Ya'll know Tammy McGee right." We all nod yes.
"She's back...BUT she's in the hospital." Tears being to fill my eyes. My best female friend is in the hospital.I put my head on Darry's shoulder. Dally is cussing.
"Who the FUCKER DID IT?" He spit out.
"She hit a tree." Oh ....We all got up and got in the cars. I sat by the windows.
Once we got out and ask for the room number by the time we got near to the room, we all hear someone yelling.
"GET ME OUTTA OF HER FUCKERS!" She yell.
"Tam."
"SODIE!" Her's face lights up. She smiles. Tam's smile reminds me of great times we had. One time we pulled a prank on some soc's kids our age it was so funny.
"Soda?" She is waving her's hand in front of my face. I hug her.
"Where's ya parents?" Dally ask me.
"With my brother."
"Tam ya could stay with us." I told her. She has her thinking face on. It's so cute....I have a crush on her. CRAP!! Steve is the only one who knows this.
