Student Stein x Male Student Reader

'How did this happen again?' M/n thought to himself as he coughed violently in his bed, unable to even move because he was afraid his nose would run again. He had been out eating ice cream with his boyfriend of a few weeks now, Stein, but he didn't expect the sudden snowfall that happened, causing him to get soaked because he had only been wearing a tshirt and jeans.
He heard his door click open and almost jumped out of his bed to grab a weapon, only stopping because of a headache. "Hey M/n i stopped by to drop off some notes and see why you werent at scho-Holy shit! Are you okay?" Out of all people he hadn't expected Stein to be there, after all he was always cold to m/n, he even had to pester him nonstop to get him to finally do some couple things, such as holding hands, without having Stein think that it was stupid or that he would rather dissect an animal.
M/n shakily lay back down breathing in through his mouth, since he was now certain that there wasnt a murderer ready to kill him. "Yeah, i just caught a cold." Even to himself the voice sounded scratchy and dull.
Stein suddenly left the room, coming back again after what seemed like forever with a tray 'where did he even get that?' That had soup, some medicine and a daytime cough and cold tea. He helped m/n sit up from his laying position and put the soup to his lips. "I can do that myself." M/n grumbled but made no move to take it himself, only focusing on drinking the soup which was helping with his dry and dehydrated mouth.
He gave a small satisfied "ahhh" when he was completely finished and took the tea himself drinking the hot beverage way too quickly as Stein handed him the small red pill which he took next.
The medicine didnt really help much with how much he was sneezing and coughing, but just having Stein there worrying about him, made it a lot easier to cope with the pain of wiping his already sore nose with a tissue for the thousandth time.
Stein moved a chair by his bed and took m/ns hand in his own whining a few things like "i told you so" and other incoherent phrases that m/n couldnt bother to hear as he felt himself slowly fall into the darkness of sleep, he hadnt been able to sleep the night before with how uncomfortable he was so he couldn't fight it much as his eyes closed on their own. The last thing he saw before his slumber was Stein looking at him with a warm smile, that he had never seen the male with before, but that could just be his mind playing tricks on him.
