I stand up, wipe the tears from my face and grab my laptop from my dresser.

I walk back to the bed and sit crisscross before picking my phone up and holding it in my right hand.

I turn my laptop on and wait a few minutes for it to turn on.

Once I've opened a new tab, I slide the screen on my phone to unlock it and open Kik.
