I am so regretting this. It's been an hour already and the damn lights wont turn on, and this pop music is not helping, specially with this idiotic guy sitting next to me. I guess this is what I get for listening to Kiley.
I bet you're all wondering what the hell is happening, well let's go back and hour earlier, shall we?
☆♥☆
I have been waiting for fifteen minutes in line already and all I've seen so far is three girls crying with two guys chasing after them and the other guy getting out casually like nothing happened to the other girl. Boys are such jerks.
I also saw a couple covered in water, they looked like they were having a water fight or something. They were laughing and joking with each other even when they were getting off the boat. If I were them I wouldn't want to be covered in that water, who knows what it is contaminated with.
There were only two more girls on my line before it was finally my chance to get on. Nevertheless to say, my turn to get stuck on a boat for about twenty minutes with "love" music playing on the speakers and a random guy who can either be a weirdo or psycho. Yay, fun.
Speaking of "fun" it was my turn to get on, but before I took another step closer I was stopped by the person helping people get on. I forgot that before anyone got on, we were blindfolded so we wouldn't see the person we got on with on the boat, they said that it made it more "fun" and "mysterious". Mysterious and fun my ass.
After Cathy put on the blindfold (that is what her name tag said) she carefully guided me to the boat and helped me get on. I almost made it without tripping but C'mon I'm Megan Alston the clumsy, I tripped and my hand landed on something. I heard a grunt next to me. I quickly retrieved my hand off and sat down with the person trying not to curse and a laughing Cathy.
I had an idea on where I put my hand on but ignored the thought because I didn't want it to be true and REALLY hoped I was wrong about it.
The boat began to move indicating the start of the ride. I waited for the announcement so I can remove the blindfold.
This is really awkward, I thought. I didn't know what to do while I waited to get the blindfold off.
So, the gas prices are really high, haha, that's why I don't own a car. So the weather is about 95 degrees, so I heard. Um I hate ketchup.
Me coming up with topics to discuss is hopeless. I mean ketchup, really?
"You may all take your blindfolds off and enjoy the ride with your mysterious partner, if you know what I mean, wink wink, BUAHAHA... Kayla! What are- they are teens, they don't really need the warning granny- Kayl-."
The voices were cut off with the starting of music I did not recognize. Well that was the cue, sort of.
I took off my blindfold and blinked several times so my eyes could adjust to the pink-red bright color lights on the wall. I took in my surrounding, it was just how Kiley described it. Pink, red, white hearts and scary looking cupid babies hanging from the roof of the tunnels. I wanted to throw up.
When I finished observing the tunnel, I looked next to me expecting a weirdo staring at me with wide eyes and a creepy grin on but instead I found a weirdo observing me closely. And let me tell you, he was a hella cute weirdo.
I normally try to ignore the people who look at me but it's kind of hard when someone this cute looks at you closely. Seriously dude, stop, I thought to myself.
He had bright blue eyes and light chocolate hair. That's all I'm saying because I basically suck at describing people, heck I suck at describing anything. All I can tell you is that he was seriously cute. Maybe even a little bit hot, whatever no big deal.
