Nyan's POV

We quietly padded though the halls of the space lab. Wow this place is huge! Is it even a lab....? There were lots of junk around, I recognized some of them because they were from earth. "I miss this stuff." Shadow said as he patted some of the stuff. "Yeah." I agreed. Shadow kept patting something. "Um... Shadow? You ok there?" I asked. He looked at me with a gigantic smile and stars in his eyes. "Nyan... THIS IS YARN!!" He squealed like a little kitten. "Ugh Shadow!" I meowed. "Focus....?" He tossed the yarn at me. "Nya?!" I jumped into the air and grabbed the ball of yarn.

We lost track of time because of the yarn. "HEY!" Shadow stopped playing with the yarn. "I knew someone was here! ...Are you playing with MY yarn?!" The unidentified cat meowed. "HAWK?!" Shadow meowed from behind me. "Ah. Shadow! Nice to see you again." Hawk smirked. I turned around. "Nyan." He hissed. "J-Jasper?!" I yelped. The cat had the similar pelt as me, except he had green eyes. Those green eyes were from our father i guess. But i never met him.  "I thought you died..." I meowed. "I could've." He spat. "You and Mother just left me to die there on the road!" He continued. "W-we didn't mean to..! We came back to get you but you were gone... plus she abandoned me too..." I whispered. "Wait... You know him? Hawk?!" Shadow gawked. "Jasper." I corrected. "And yeah... He's my older brother..." I looked down. "Not anymore, and it is Hawk now, not Jasper." Hawk muttered. "Jasper I'm sorry... If i had known you were alive i would've searched the whole world for you!" I meowed. "IT'S HAWK, NYAN. NOT. JASPER." He growled at me. I took a step back. "And that's where you were wrong. You guys thought i died. You guys left me alone." He hissed. "Hey i was suffering too! Mom abandoned me in grief of your death! She valued you more and she didn't care that i was still alive. I was alone!" I cried. "Well, that's all in the past..." His green eyes glowed. "Come out." He meowed. Our missing friends came in. All their eyes glowed green. "Kogeki." Jasper commanded. "Uh k-kogeki??" Shadow questioned. "It means attack!" I quickly explained.

Stiria was approaching me first. "WATCH OUT!" Tiger jumped in front of me. He had a metal armor covering his body. He blocked Stiria's attack. "T-Thanks Tiger." I meowed. He nodded and went off to fight Jasper. Shadow was wrestling with Astroid and Dust. "Shadow!" I shrieked. "I-I'm fine! G-Go protect yourself!" He yelled. Leja jumped on me. "Eek! Leja!" She hissed at me and tried to claw my face. I tried to fly away from her but she grabbed my tail and pinned me to the ground. "Ack!" I coughed. I turned around and tried to get her off. My claws were sheathed so i couldn't hurt her. Stiria helped Leja pin me to the ground. I gently bit into Stiria's scruff then violently threw her off me. She coughed and stopped moving but she wasn't dead. "Sorry!" I yelled at Stiria. She moaned. Leja came at me again.

We wrestled for a while until i threw her into a pole which knocked her unconsious. "Im so sorry Leja, stay there for a bit- oh ya you're unconsious hehe. JUST STAY THERE!" I meowed at Leja. I turned around and saw Shadow on the floor. There was a pool of blood around him. Astroid and Dust were beating him up even though he was already weak enough. I ran to him. I pushed Dust with all my strength and kicked Astroid with my hind legs. They both fell to the floor, unable to get up. "HAHA! There's no way he could survive a wound like that. He's a lost cause now." Jasper laughed at me. He was being held by Tiger against a wall. I growled at him. Jasper held his paws up. "Shadow?" I whispered. "Hey Nyan." He meowed weakly. I started licking some of the wounds. "You helped me... when i got hurt. Let me help you." I chocked out. He stopped me. "Its no use Nyan." He coughed up blood. "Shadow!" I started tearing up. "Hey hey. D-don't cry. I-Its okay." He licked my ear. "Its nice to know that you care about me." He smirked. "Shh dont say anything. Let me help you." I meowed again as i started to lick his wounds again. He stopped me once more and put his paw on my head. "I love you Nyan." He breathed out. He smiled at me then closed his eyes. His paw fell limp to the floor. "No no no no. NO! This cant be happening!" I cried. I put my head against his chest. There was no heartbeat. "SHADOW!" I screamed in pain. I looked at Jasper. "THIS IS ALL YOU FAULT!" I hissed at him. "Now you know how i feel, Sister." He smirked. I had no strength to claw his face off so i rested my head on Shadow and started crying.
