16. Christmas pt. 1 ^

16. Christmas pt. 1

These past few weeks have been awesome. Just a week ago, it snowed, hard. The Thanksgiving feast was delicious (as always), and now Christmas is just around the corner. Today's the Hogsmeade visit, where I'm going to get all of my Christmas presents. My list consists of:

Jamsie

Mum

Dad

Sirius

Remus

Lily

Briana

Marlene

Alice

I already know what I'm going to get James, Dad, Sirius, and Remus. Lily, Briana, Marlene, and Alice are going to be harder. Wake up call in 3.... 2.... 1.... " WAKE UP KIRA!!!" Marlene AND Alice scream in my ear. Let me tell you, Alice screams loud, so now I have a ringing sensation in my ears.

I fall out of my bed and I hit the ground, which is hard." Ow!" I whine looking at those she-devils I know and love (I don't swing that way, let me tell you)." Come on! It's Hogsmeade!!" Lily says running around like a chicken without a head.

Jumping out of bed, I head to the bathroom and brush my teeth. I then apply minimal makeup with a little homemade lip balm flavored vanilla. Next, I brush my hair and leave it my natural brown hair with streaks of rainbow in it.

I put on my outfit (picture above) and head down to breakfast.

I eat some while talking to the boys and how they were going to go to Zonkos while I did my Christmas shopping." So do you want to meet up at the Three Broomsticks at three?" I ask them while munching on Cheerios.

" Sure," James replies as he looks at Lily. I sigh, James has it bad. I finish up and I join the girls as they start to leave. Putting on a coat and gloves, we approach Filch. He nods at us and we head to a carriage.

The girls start talking and I start zoning out." Kira, Kira! CASEY!" Marlene yells." I- what?" I say jumping." We asked you what you were going to do today." Lily says laughing." I'm going to go get Christmas presents for all of you." I say and the other girls start to tell me what they want, but surprisingly, I tune them out.

We get off the carriage and go our separate ways. I head to a boutique and look at the different things there. I pick out a charm bracelet for Briana, for Lily I pick out a pretty green dress:

For Alice, I got some hair supplies because I know how she likes her hair, and I got Marlene a short black dress. I left the boutique and went to the Quidditch store. I get two broom services kits and a Chudley Cannons poster for dad. I pay for them and I checked my watch. It was around 2:50 pm so I decided to head to the Three Broomsticks.

I order a butterbeer and sit at a table and start putting my gifts into my undetectable extension bag so it still looks like a normal empty bag. I put the same charm on my bag for school, and that really helps me.

My butterbeer arrives and I wait for the boys to arrive. They arrive a few minutes later and I'm on my second glass of butterbeer." Hey guys," I say before taking a sip of my drink.

They sit down after ordering their butterbeers (James and Sirius were tripping over each other I almost ordered some popcorn) and we start talking about what supplies they had gotten from Zankos and whom we should place the pranks on.

" We should prank Filch. It's been a while when I haven't hear him scream profanities at us in a while," I suggest.

" That's a great idea!" James says super excited.

" See? I have the same amount of passion for pranking like you two dunderheads." I gesture to James 1 and James 2.

James obviously took offense to that and exclaimed," Hey! I'm smart! Ish..." I look at him." Whatever. I'm going back I'm tired." I say and pay for my two drinks and then I head back to the castle.

I lay on the love seat and groan loudly." I hate life!" I exclaim kicking Remus in the process." Sorry Moons," I say looking at him." It's fine, and now why are you saying you hate life?" Rem asks.

" It's too hard on me! I don't know how I survived this long!" Okay, I admit I'm being a little too over dramatic... Nah, I don't think so. Rem chuckles and I look at him." What are you laughing about?" I ask sitting up." Nothing," Rem says with a laugh.

"Tell me," I playfully growl Siriusly curious. He bloody shakes his head laughing and I huff flopping on my back.
