Kahl finally landed, grimacing when his feet his the rough ground. He stumbled up, glancing around until he spotted Viny. Viny stood in front of a small cottage sitting next to the infamous cherry blossom trees, destroyed.

   "Kahl," Viny said.

   "Viny, yes?" Kahl answered back.

"He is gone, your brother is gone." Viny ached, turning to look at Kahl, who stood unsurprised.

   "I am not surprised, Demon."

"Do not call me that, fucker!"

"It is what you are, why would I call you any different?"

"You are only angry he is gone! I know you had a small bit of hope he'd be alive! He is, I know he is! But he's gone! I don't know where the fuck that jackass went!" Viny screamed, clenching his fists.

Kahl stared at him, but then shook his head. "I had no hope, Viny." He lied, keeping his face neutral.

"What do I do? We need to find him!" Viny suggested, and started to pull his backpack off his shoulder. But, they were interrupted by a loud roar in the distance, making them both pale.

   "A Cindrly," they mumbled together.

Viny and Kahl stared at each other, almost contemplating what to do in each others mind.

Viny was the first to speak up, "run."

Kahl laughed and shook his head, black hair slipping out of the ponytail. "No way, I am not leaving you here. We will fight it together, come on." He urged, and started to get up. Viny grabbed his arm and pulled his face close.

So close their lips almost touched.

Viny licked his lips, and stared at Kahl's. They shone so bright in the sun, would yet anyone be seduced by a pair of these mans lips? Viny asked himself, but then remembered the task at hand. He looked back up at Kahl and his glowing blue eyes, quite different from his brothers. "No, I have the magic, you have the build. You can run a lot more than me, and if we both stayed here, we would both need to run at some point. I would not only slow you down, but might as well kill you. I will hold it off, do not worry. I promise to come back, you nasty brother lover." Viny saluted, grinning ear to ear.

Kahl reddened, "I do not love my brother like that," he mumbled. Viny laughed and whispered a small 'sure you don't' before pushing himself away from Kahl.

"Now run, and do not come back to me. No matter what, if it sounds like i'm dying I probably am, but I have cheated death multiple times!" He grinned even wider and slapped the king on the back, which made him wince. I do not think that is a good thing, Kahl thought.

"Do not fret, I would have not come back anyway." Kahl said, and Viny gasped.

Kahl stammered up, and saluted Viny back. "Good luck, powerful sorcerer."

Viny chuckled, his cheeks brightened. "Don't die, little king."

"I should be saying that to you."
