~Chapter 2~

Elizabeth's POV:

"Hi...Elizabeth.." Said Elena reaching out her hand

I tried to reach my hand through but I was stopped but the invisible force field vampires had to face when wanting into someone's home.

"Uh..." I Said looking up at her

"Oh right. Come on in." Said Elena with a slight laugh as I stepped in "Nice to meet you..."

"Nice to meet you too." I Said with a laugh, shaking her hand

Stefan closed the door behind me, and Damon made his way into the other room. After looking around the room I followed Damon down the short hallway.

Damon's POV:

The more I looked at Elizabeth the easier it became for me to believe she was actually here. It wasn't a dream.

We never knew what really happened to her. After everything went down with Kathrine she just disappeared and wasn't seen again. I looked for her everywhere I could think of. She was just gone. And the longer she was gone the harder it became to look and I started to think she was dead. And I guess I was wrong.

Once we were in the living room, Elena gave the three of us some privacy while we caught up. Everything she had done in the past hundred years, the thing she experienced, people she ran into. It was all just insane to hear about.

Stefan's POV:

I sat on the couch next to Elizabeth and Damon sat on the other side of her. I had so many questions. Most of which she had already answered but I guess most of it didn't really add up in my head quite yet. After some time of talking I looked at the clock realizing I had school in thirty minutes.

"I'm supposed to be at school right now, but I'm gonna stay here with you." I told Elizabeth as Elena entered the room

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. High school? I want to go I haven't been to high school in... a long ass time." Elizabeth said excitedly 

"You want to come to high school with me...? Its not like it's fun."

"Oh please. I'm sure it's fine and even If you say no, I'm going."

"So let me get this straight you'd rather go to highschool than spend your first day back relaxing and settling into your home." Asks Damon

"Yes." She responds with a head nod

Damon shook his head and Elizabeth grinned at him.

"If she does end up going I can introduce her to everyone." Elena says

I stood up and gave a sigh, then smiled at Elizabeth.

"Fine, you can come." I said.

She Shot out of her seat with a big smile. "Yay! Let's go!"

"Watch her." Said Damon standing up as we watched her leave the room with Elena

"I will, dont worry." I respond

"What do you think about all this?"

"Honestly. I don't even know."

"Just in shock."

"Yeah..."

"Me too brother. Me too."

I watched as Damon poured himself a drink then took a deep breath walking outside.

The whole car ride there Elena and Elizabeth just talked, getting to know eachother. As we drove, I looked out my window for a quick second then looked back at the road. But in the quick second I could have sworn I saw a girl standing on the side of the road. Yet looking back there was no one there. I guess I was just hallucinating....
