"Adele I'm tired..." Alex says as I wrapped my arms around his neck while he loosen his tie.
"Yeah, you're tired. You're always tired." I mumbled under my breath and separated from him.
"Hey baby... Please don't be displeased..." Alex sat on the bed beside me.
"I'm alright, just go and have your sleep." I said as I stood up, wrapping my silk robe around my cold body..
"Where are you going?" Alex said as he gently gripped on my hands.
"I'll just take a shower." I dryly said.
"You want me to jo-" I cut him off by shaking off his hands from mine.
"No thanks, you better sleep now Lex." I fake a smile.
"I love you babe..." Alex stood up and kissed my forehead.
"Hmm, I'm going to shower now. Good night." I gently squeezed his arm and left.
He's not the Alex I used to love before...
