"Maybe it got ripped when Simon took it off..." I shook my worries away and cleaned the house entirely.

"Baby! I'm home!" I heard Alex dropped down his luggage.

"In the kitchen." I responded.

I was cleaning the counter when I felt arms around my waist.

I missed Simon...

"I missed you Adele." Alex kissed the side of my neck.

"I missed you too Alex..." I faintly smiled and held his hands.

"How was your month without me honey?" Alex made me face him without loosing his grip onto my waist.

Oh it was amazingly great!

"Not so good..." I half smiled.

"Why baby?" Alex pouted and swept my hair to the side.

"I'm not feeling great this passed few days..."

That baked scallops made my tummy turn

"Have you gotten to the doctors?" Alex carried me and lifted me to the counter.

"Nah, my body just need to expel the bad food I had eaten."

"Are you sure Del?" Alex cupped my face.

"Yeah, so... How was your work?" I held his hands and removed it from my face.

"It was great! I had fun with my co-actors and we visited every city in Mexico baby!" Alex enthusiastically told me.

"Oh... It's good to hear that from you..." I faked a smile and squeezed his hands.

"But my day wouldn't be complete without you Adele..." Alex hand's began to roam around my body.

"... I missed this..." He added as he slowly inserted his hands underneath my silk robe.

My peaks are still stiffen from Simon and I's last contact awhile ago.

"A-Alex..." I cringed at his touches all over my body.

I only want Simon to touch me...

"Why baby?" Alex slightly furrowed his eyebrows as I separated from him.

"I think I'm sick... I don't want you to be infused with whatever I may had." I stroked his cheeks and quickly pecked his lips.

"Okay, okay... I'll carry you to our room and you're going to rest till you recover honey." Alex scooped me up and we went upstairs.

"I'm just going to run some errands today Adele, I'll be back at dinner. You don't need to cook baby, I'll drop by to your favorite Chinese take away... Be good my princess. I love you." Alex tucked me in under the duvet and kissed my forehead.

"Okay, take care. I'll see you. Love you too Lex." I faintly smiled and drifted to sleep.

I liked more when Alex is not around. I don't need to put up some excuses on every lies I have to hide.

I woke up with heavy head and dizzy vision.

"Shit..." I cursed as I felt something raising up on my throat.

I quickly went to the bathroom and puked on the sink.

"This is terribly bad!" A tear fell from my eye as I searched for a pain killer on the cabinet.

I never been so sick like this before.

Is it really caused by the scallops?

A small box fell from the med kit and my heart pounded as I remembered something.

I'm delayed...

With trembling hands, I picked up the box and unwrapped the pregnancy test.

"Please God no... I'm still married with Alex and I know he'll never get me pregnant..." I said to myself as I walked back and forth, waiting for the results.

My world suddenly stopped as my eyes saw the test.

I grabbed it with me and went back to my bed, dialing Simon's number.

"Hey baby." Simon immediately answered.

"Si, you need to come over. This is important." I rubbed my temples as I felt my head pounding again.

"Okay okay, I'll be right there." I hang up and laid on the bed, worrying about how to tell Alex and Simon.

You're fucking dead Adele...
