Chapter Six

"Can I kiss you?" Harry spitted out, followed by a small cheeky smile, I stood there gormless, is he joking or is he actually being serious? I didn't say anything, I could see the expression on his face start to change.

"Oh, I shouldn't have asked you that.. what was I thinking? we're only just getting to know each other I'm so sorry Beth, forgive me." He said with a really worried expression. My heart beat started to quicken, it was like my heart was about to burst out my chest, damn, I totally missed my chance. He smiled nervously, and hugged me once more before walking out my front door, as I shut it to, I slid my back down the door and held my hands to my head, why didn't I say something, I'm so bad when it comes to boys, I really need to call Mia. I ran into the living room and quickly called Mia's number.

"Hello?" 

"Hey Mia."

"Hey Beth, whats up?"

Mia's point of view

"Hey Beth, whats up?" I asked looking at Niall, Niall stared back at me.

"Harryaskedtokissme" Beth squealed, but I didn't quite catch what she said.

"Beth, could you maybe say it in English please?" I giggled.

"Harry asked to kiss me." She managed to say. Me and Niall stared wide eyed at each other.

"Oh my god! did you kiss?"

"No, I stood there like an idiot so he thought I didnt want too and then ran off" I laughed.

"It's not funny!" I laughed a little more.

"Hey, Niall's round right now, call me later on and tell me more."

"Ok, Bye!" She said then hung up.

"Did I hear right?" Niall asked, I giggled and nodded. I stared at him, he's actually quite beautiful, he's much more beautiful in real life than on the TV. My thoughts got distracted as I heard a loud knock on the door.

"One sec... That might be Lewis." I told Niall as I went to answer the door, I opened the door to see Lewis, He didn't look too happy, He pushed past me, and into the house.

"Mia we need to talk."

"What about?" I asked curiously.

"Mia I-" 

"You what?" I asked smiling, I went to pick up his hand but he flinched his hand away from mine, he couldn't even look at me, he looked really stressed, I started to panic.

"Mia I think we should break up, I'm so sorry." He said finally looking at me, a tear formed in his eyes, Wait.. did he just tell me he's breaking up with me?

"Lewis I-" 

"Please don't say anything." He said holding his finger up to my lips whilst his was quivering, my body become numb as I watched Lewis run out my house, slamming the door behind him, He didn't even tell me a reason, Is it that I'm not good enough? I fell to the floor, Tucking my head into my knees, I finally burst out crying instead of trying to keep everything inside.I suddenly felt a tight grip around me, pulling me in for a hug, he tightened his grip as I cried more. This is embarassing, but right this second, I couldnt give a toss.

"He's left me Niall, He's gone! he-he never ev-even told a r-reason!" I screamed, he said nothing, just held me tighter, he must feel so awkward, We're just starting to get to know each other. "I'm sorry."

"Ey! why are you sorry, You have nothing to be sorry about, It's him that's the sorry one." I felt Niall tense and he was about to get up but I pulled him back down.

"Please don't!" I cried. He said nothing and just carried on holding me. "Please stay."

niall's point of view

"Hey guys." I said sitting on the sofa, I've just got back from Mia's it was so hard to leave her in the state she was in, but I thought it would be best if I left her to talk to her mom about what has happened, I'm sure her mom can help more than I can.

"Hey, did you have fun?" Louis said winking.

"Well, it was great untill-"

"Until what?" Liam said butting in.

"Mia's boyfriend well ex boyfriend came around and told her he wanted to break up, she was so heart broken, I didnt want to leave her in the state she was in. He didn't even tell her why he didn't want to be with her anymore."

"I'll kill him." Liam said standing up. I pushed him back down and sighed.

"Now, now Liam." Zayn said holding his arm. "I'm sure Mia will be ok."

Liam's point of view

"I'm going for a walk" I said grabbing my coat, nobody spoke so I just carried my feet outside. It was pretty dark. But I like night walks on my own, I like the sound of the wind whistling, I like the cold breeze when it grazes my skin, I watched my feet as I walk down the long road, I walked wherever my feet took me, I came to a small park, I walked over to the park and sat myself down on the swing, swinging my legs softly as I sightly moved back and forth, Maybe I should text Mia and ask how she is. I pulled out my phone and quickly typed a text.

Hey Mia I hope ur ok, Niall told us what happened, I'm just a text away if you need me, Love Liam xxx

I sighed as I slipped my phone back into my pockets, I looked over ahead of me to see two people coming towards the park, A really tall guy and a short blonde girl. I watched as they walked deeper into the park, I studied them as they kissed and pushed each other around playfully, I've been single for such a long time now, I really need to change that. I watched the couple more closely and the more I stared at the overly tall lad, the more he looked familiar.

Wait, I know where i've seen him before.

That's Mia's ex boyfriend.
