Genesis' P.O.V
Moving from Florida all the way to California wasn't easy. I didn't want to leave my friends and my wonderful boyfriend. I was getting my stuff out of my locker since I was leaving in a couple days. I felt a pair of arms around my waist and felt myself being lifted up. "Ah. Babe" I slightly screamed. He put me down facing him. He leaned down to kiss me when my friend Joy put a book in between us. "Ew." She said laughing. I pushed her away and quickly kissed him. When I pulled away I smiled at her. My boyfriend, Mason, Laughed at us. "Mas, I'm really going to miss you." I said as we walked hand in hand to the cafeteria. "I know babe, Put your gonna have to pull through. At least until spring break when you come back down here." Spring break wasn't that far away, less than a month almost, But I was still going to miss him. We got our lunches and sat at a table. My phone started ringing. I looked at the caller ID and it was my dad. "Hello." "Hey Genna are you ready to go." I squinted my eyes, which was something I did when I was confused. Mason looked at me. "What do you mean, We aren't leaving for a couple days." " I booked us an early flight. We're leaving today." WHY DID HE TAKE THAT STUPID JOB. "But I'm not ready to leave yet." I said on the verge of tears. Mason grabbed me and held me. "I'm almost there be ready." He said before hanging up. I covered my face and let the tears fall silently. "What's wrong." He whispered in my ear. "I'm leaving tonight. My dad is almost here." He pulled my face up to his wiping a tear away. "Hey, Hey look at me, Be strong. I'll see you as soon as Spring Break is here, and then we can have some fun." He said kissing my forehead. I nodded getting up grabbing my bag. I walked out towards the front doors. I heard some one yelling my name and turned around. It was Mason and he was running toward me. I stood there and when he got to me he grabbed me and kissed me. Not one of the quick kisses that he usually does when we're in school, a long slow passionate one. He pulled away when I heard a horn honk. "I'm gonna miss you so much." He said kissing me one last time. "I love you Mason." I hugged him. "I love you to babe." He rubbed my back and let me go. I walked out and to the car looking back at him before I got in. My dad put his hand on my shoulder. "Please don't touch me right now." I said swatting his hand away and looking out my window. I plugged my ear buds in and put on mine and Mason's song.
Within a minute I was all packed up

We soon pulled up to the airport and then we were on the plane. I cried the whole way there and couldn't help but think of how everything was going to change.
