Federalists- supporters of the constitution i.e Alexander Hamilton
Antifederalists- people who opposed the constitution i.e Aaron Burr
Plans
Virginia Plan- an idea that gave more power to the national government, Bicameral legislature and power in both houses
New Jersey Plan- Gave more power to state governments, Unicameral Legislature, Number of representatives equal from each state
Compromise
Great Compromise- a two-house legislature 
Three Fifths compromise- Under e agreement only three fifths of a states slave population would count when determining representation

Federalist Papers- these twenty five essays divided evenly among the three men written under the name Publius, the original writers were John Jay, Alexander Hamilton, and James Madison

Constitutional Convention- held in May 1787 to help improve the Articles of Confederation
