Red Hood: Im not so sure but we have similar back stories but he is about 200% over the ordinary amount of crazy. Next, if you are talking about Jokers "Red Hood" then that was in 1951, but if you were talking about mine now, then that would be the early 2000's. Deadpool's came in 1991.
