“COME ON,” Luna screamed as I grunted, slipping on my jeans.

            “Hold on, woman,” I growled and she sighed, playing with her nails. I pulled my hair up in a ponytail, looking at the clock, seeing we still have half an hour. “Let’s eat.”

            “Let’s,” she said, nodding her head with agreement and we walked in, pancake scent hitting us, making our both drool.

            My stomach growled. “Oh my goodness, I am starving,” I screamed, grabbing a plate.

            “You are always starving,” Greg said, chuckling as I smacked him in the back of the head before sitting down with food on my plate.

            “Your mean,” I said, shoving pancake in my mouth.

            “Slow down, pig,” Jake joked as I shoved my last pancake in my mouth.

            “Have to go, love ya, bye,” I said, grabbing Luna as she stuffed her face with egg, some falling out of her mouth as we ran to the car.

            “Now it’s my turn to say, hold on woman,” she mumbled as she slid in, turning to car on as I got in the passenger seat and I shrugged.

            “You’re the one that said you wanted to go to school,” I mumbled as she glared at me for a second before pulling out of the long driveway.

            “Cat,” I screamed and she started laughing as she sped up, going over the speed limit…just a little…okay maybe a lot…

            “I miss that cat,” she said as we parked in the parking lot of our new school and I nodded with agreement.

            “I know, I can’t believe I ran over it,” I mumbled and we both frowned as we got out of the car, walking to the front door, ignoring the stares we got and the whispering.

            “I know, we jumped out of the car, screaming and crying as we just watched it meow and then die,” she said, making people look at her weird.
