You woke up to the sound of your alarm clock and groaned as you slammed your hand against the top. You trudged out of bed and yawned as you brushed your messy bangs out of your face. You scratched the back of your neck as you walked out of your room towards the bathroom. Your parents were out at work and it was Saturday. You may be wondering why you set an alarm clock on a Saturday am I right? Well it was because you worked a part-time job at a market place in town.

Once you had finished brushing your hair, brushing your teeth, and changing into your uniform you made your way down the stairs, nearly tripping on one of them making you let out a groan. You entered the kitchen and pulled the fridge open. When you peered inside you spotted some left over pizza from the night before.

You shrugged your shoulders and pulled the ziplock bag of pizza out of the fridge before closing it and unzipping the bag. You pulled out the cold pizza and took a bite. You didn't exactly care about whether it was cold or hot, if it was pizza its all good.

When you later finished the pizza and lazily cleaned your hands off on your jeans you glanced at your phone that had let out a small ding tone, notifying you that you had gotten a message from someone.

You grabbed your phone and unlocked it before going to your iMessage app.

Karma: hey are you free today?

You rubbed your eyes sleepily before typing back a reply.

You: nah, sorry but I'm working today . .

Once the message sent you locked your phone and put in your pocket before you left the house and locked the door.

-time skip-

You arrived at your part-time job at a cafe. You worked along with Isogai Yuma, the class rep of your class. You waved at him as you entered and got to work. You went over to many tables, taking there orders and giving them the foods or drinks they ordered.

You sighed as your break came after a few hours of working. You changed your uniform top to a sweater with a chibi puppy who was chewing on a bone before walking to an empty booth to take a seat. When you sat down you let out a huff and slouched as you closed your eyes.

"Hey (y/n)-chan."

You snapped your eyes opened to see Nagisa-kun, the blue haired boy you sit next to in class.

"Oh, hey Nagisa-kun," you greeted as you straightened up and looked at him. (Don't worry! Jealous karma will come later on in the one shot )

Nagisa sent you a soft smile as he took a seat across from you. He began to talk to you about things like school junk and things about hanging out sometime.

However, while you were talking and laughing with Nagisa in the booth of the cafe, Karma walked by and spotted the two of you.

'What the hell?? Didn't she say she was busy?!' He thought, his heart stinging with jealousy at the sight of you and Nagisa together. He walked over towards the cafe entrance doors and pulled them open quickly.

You were talking about the foods in the cafe when suddenly you spotted Karma. You noticed he seemed really upset and also a bit saddened.

Nagisa turned to look at Karma and made a small smile. "Hey Karma."

Karma glared slightly at Nagisa before grabbing your wrist and pulling you up from where you were seated.
