Mirasol finally made it home in her flurry of rage. She tried so hard not to burst out in anger to the cab driver, she really did. And so once making it into the safety of her apartment, she let out a furious roar over the ridiculous offer.

However, she didn't expect her bewildered sister to be on the living room couch. "Dear god, Mira, you scared me!"

"Jovelyn?" The younger twin sputtered once seeing her.

Not only was it a surprise to see Jovelyn just lazing about in their apartment, but now they were on talking terms? As far as Mira knew, this definitely would've been something Jovelyn would give the cold shoulder to. She had been through those plenty of times before. In this circumstance, Mira would've expected the big ole shutdown, in which she wouldn't hear from Jovelyn for days.

But this wasn't the time to think about that as she was allowed the chance to talk to her sister. "You're home? Shouldn't you be at work right now?"

"Mmm, I decided to stay in today," Jovelyn replied as she set down the fashion magazine she was reading onto the coffee table. "I could only assume you found out the reason for your outing with Sehun was..."

Mira bounded over in front of her sister, the fury still alive and well within her. "Look, unnie, don't listen to that ass. He must be out of his mind to think I would be taking the job you actually enjoy doing! Don't worry, I instantly declined the--"

"Thank you." Jovelyn softly smiled. "But is that what you really want?"

"W-What?"

"Did you enjoy when you modeled for them?"

"I--" Mirasol gotta admit that she really did. Modeling was pretty fun to do... but as an one time thing. Modeling wasn't her dream.

It was...

"Look, Mirasol, as sad as I am, we gotta think about our options here. Sehun said he was going to double your pay right off the bat. Even with me modeling before along with the tea shop and your art, we finally made it to our goal money-wise but that still doesn't give us too much for essentials." She reached over and squeezed Mira's shoulders. "With the money we can get, we will be finally set. We don't have to worry about anything anymore. If you want, once we save enough money, you can quit and live comfortably."

The younger couldn't believe what she was hearing. Jovelyn was okay with her taking her job? As this was a sure and quick way of getting the money they wanted, it all still felt wrong. Way too wrong. "I can't, unnie. Maybe I should--"

"Do me a favor if you do accept the job, though."

Mirasol gazed at her sister confused. As alarming as all of it was, she couldn't help but ask her, "What kind of favor?"

"Tell them to continue using my name."

Alright, Jovelyn must be crazy too. "Jovelyn, what are you on about?!" Mira burst out, her hands balled at her sides. "Not only do you want me to take the job, but you want me to still use your name while doing so? Doesn't that make you angry or sad?!"

"Ha, c'mon, Mira~ We're basically the same person."

"That's the thing, unnie. We're not!" This whole thing was so god damn frustrating that tears were stinging Mira's eyes for it all. She couldn't help but feel bad for her sister. She wanted so desperately to beat up Sehun for throwing the both of them in this awkward situation. "We are two completely different people with our different personalities. You're the more sociable, pretty one, you should be the one to be modeling for Bravad-Oh, not me! I have no damn idea why they would want me!"

"Maybe you just have that something that I don't," Jovelyn answered. See there, Mira knew that she wasn't fully on board with the idea, the way she hesitated a sure hint of it. But she continued. "It's always like that, ya know? Sometimes, the ones who make it always have this natural thing to them that makes them more attractive."

Why was she so calm about all this?

"That's utter bullshit, Jovelyn."

"That's just how it is."

"Well, either way, why would I work for someone like Oh Sehun? He's the worst person I've ever met in my entire--" Mira stopped, bit down on her lip, and corrected herself. "Well, he's a close second."

"Look, Mira, we've went through a lot together and we've conquered it together, right? Just like before, I'm here for you, I'm always here for you." Jovelyn grabbed Mirasol's hand in hers and gave it a squeeze. "Have I ever steered you wrong?"

Looking at her sister right now, it made Mirasol feel better after the bewildering day. Jovelyn had always been her strength through the toughest of times. She had especially been there for her for when she entered college to the point they moved away together in Korea. As much as she loved her home country, the Philippines, it held too much bad memories. Jovelyn had made all that livable for her. And she was always thankful, more so as the years passed.

"Can't I just find another job or maybe I should take in more commissions?--"

Jovelyn interjected, "You know you can't find another job, and you hate taking in commissions."

She was right.

"But unnie, I don't want to work for him!"

"Can you, at least, consider it for now? I promise you that once you start working with him, it won't be as bad. Think about it until we get my last paycheck from them."

Jovelyn then stood up from the couch. "I'll be in the bedroom, let me know when dinner is ready, alright?" She left the living room, leaving Mirasol alone.

It was now that the rays of the day's remaining sunlight streamed in through the window, casting a shade of orange over everything. Mira sat on the couch, her mind running wild from the audacity that was today. Just what on earth had she gotten herself into?

Oh Sehun. What the hell.
