This piece was made a few months ago, featuring my OC Ripple vowing revenge as fire spreads through her homeland.
As long as I can remember, Ripple has been my first real OC. I made her a long time ago, but I've only just started figuring out her story. She's a Corona Wolf (a species I made up, please do not take or borrow without consulting me first) of The Dancing Sky Pack. In her world, which I have not named yet, there are 4 clans of wolves, each controlling a certain element (water, earth/plants, air, and fire). A certain, small few, wolves are born with the markings of their pack somewhere on their bodies are know to have the ability to control either light, or dark energy. All the wolves with dark energy ability and bloodline had been driven from the land many years ago, prior to Ripple's birth. Yet, as time goes on, the skirmishes that happen around the border of the Sanctus (light side) and The Void (dark side), (not Star Wars, gosh guys) become more and more intense and the Sanctus is in danger of being overrun. Now, for many years, the Corona Wolves had been sent from their packs by the time they're 6 months old to begin training to become warriors and protectors for their packs, learning to us their energy and their elemental powers. By the time Ripple is here, the wolves from the void have invaded and the wolves of the training camp are forced to engage in war, without the support of the other clans who don't understand the situation or threat, and that's where her story starts. ;)
I might reveal more about her later in my later pieces if people are interested. As for this piece, it was mainly experimental. It was one of my first paintings with my tablet and my drawing program, so I was just trying things out and it came out pretty good in my opinion, so I decided to keep it.
Please do not take my ideas or my characters without consulting me on the matter beforehand.
NOTE: PICTURE LOOKS WAY BETTER WITH FULL BRIGHTNESS
