To The Things That Never End
By: Red Wolf
I dedicate this book to my karate instructors, Mrs. Force and Mr. Michael. To Kayla for cheering me on. To my family for help. To Mike and Brad and Brookelet for the criteque, support and advice. And to everyone else for believing when I didn't.
Chapter One: Passing Out
One day I, the lovely Adrianna was swimming to see Father. Father was mad at me because yet again I had rejected all of the suitors. Now that I think about it, I am a lot like Jasmine from Aladdin. They were all boring. Except for that mysterious one that no one knew. HE was the only cool one, but Father would never approve. As I was already late to the meeting, I paused and looked into the mirror to see how I looked. I had my dark pink to white pink hair falling in waves down my back past my tail. My tail is pink, coral pink today. "That's weird, I don't think that I have seen my true love today." I said to myself, hurrying along the way to the throne room. My brother was just about to pick a suitor for me, when my Father announced that I was in an arranged marriage. As if I would accept an arranged marriage. Then I found out who it was and I fainted.
Hello, I am the bright Moon-Shadow. Yes, I realize the irony in "Bright Moon-Shadow", but it suits me. I am the last New Moon fairy. Looking into the mirror I notice that my mark is glowing, "Hmmmm, that's odd, I haven't heard any singing today." Checking the rest of me out to make sure that I was fine, I didn't notice anyting else unusual. I have straight black-fades-to-pastel-blue-hair that is down to my knees. I ALWAYS wear a sparkly midnight blue dress with a huge purple ribbon on it. My wings are the sheerest black imaginable. I remember that I was told that I was in an arranged marriage. I was told this by the King of the Moon. (Also known as my father) To a peasant. Not just any peasant, but the one my older sister was in love with. I had tapped my energy and it all went dark. . . .
Good Morning, I am the always sunny Lilly, short for Ever-Dew. I know what you are thinking, "Lilly isn't even IN Ever-Dew." I was given this nickname because I am always holding at least one Calla Lilly. I have Curly brown, just-past-the-butt hair. I wear a Fire-red corset and a long flowing Ember-red skirt. I was talking to the flowers and hearing them giggle about love. I was wondering what they were talking about when I noticed a man talking to the flowers that I had never seen before. As I was about to ask him what he was doing in the fairy realm when I got summoned by the King of the forest fairies. "Hello father," I said, "what is it this time?" "You have the greatest honor of an arranged marriage to a peasant named. . . ." As I fell into a swoon.
