Job Search Yo (Chapter 3)

i hated not having any money to spend on myself its was mostly spent on groceries and other household items that we needed for throughout the month or week, I was searching for a new job, I worked at red lobster but I was fired due to not showing up to work because of my ex- boyfriend, I was scrolling through this random job search site and a link for a photographer popped up for a band, Austin's band, I clicked the link which lead me to a site for the band they were looking for a new photographer because the other quit due to health issues, my very first job as a photographer was at a camp called camp lurecrest and it was gorgeous it was quite an experience for me, I was just about to finish my application when I heard a knock on my door, I finished typing and I sent the application and put my laptop down on my desk and answered my door to see who it was and as soon as I opened the door and start to walk out, I was being pushed back in to my room, it was Faye obviously because of her laugh is obnoxiously loud, I got up and went down stairs with Faye running behind me, she got halfway down the stairs when she fell on her ass causing me to burst in laughter, I looked around the house looking for the guys, "if your looking for Harley and Austin they went out to get some food because you didn't get up and make breakfast" said Faye, " Faye I've been up since five why didn't y'all come get me," nobody comes in my room except Faye but knowing her she just woke up" she always sleeps until like 4:30 in the afternoon about the time I said that the guys came bursting through the door laughing with their hands full of food, I turned and looked at them like a mom about to scold her children for doing something bad, I went to the kitchen and got some bowls and silverware out,

After we finished eating, Austin brought up the fact that he got an email about the photography job that I applied for and was talking about all this excellent work everyone had done on taking photos and that he noticed all the water mark on the photos in my house he looked at me "did you take all of these pictures raven" Austin asked " yeah , I was a photographer at a camp called Camp Lurecrest, it's a church camp I went to as a kid, I was offered a job there after my last summer being a camper so I took it and I've taken photos ever since, but I don't really do it much anymore, no one has given me the chance," in that moment he looked at me," well you know what, you can be our new photographer, but you'll have to fill out the paper work for the job," I looked at him curious " paperwork for what Austin," I liked the fact that he did that for me, giving me a chance to do something new, austin poked my shoulder " the paperwork like work ethic if your allergic to anything," I replied " ohhhhhh okay" it had gotten late and as in late I mean like it was 2:30 am, I got up from the couch and went to my room because Austin fell asleep on the other couch, I laid in bed thinking about what it was like to be a bands photographer about that time I fell asleep.

Sorry it's been so long I've been dealing with stuff from school and relationships so I haven't had the time to type anything or write about anything so I hope this makes up for it I'll try to get more stuff done than just one chapter per week
