His Thoughts When Meeting You ~Gajeel

Something was wrong. Salamander was sitting at a table not doing anything. He actually looked like he was...thinking. Also Gray had a arrived a little bit ago, soaked and smiling like a creep. They hadn't even noticed each other or tried to start a fight once. It was starting to get concerning and I wasn't the only one who noticed. A couple of other people around the guild had noticed but when they questioned the two, neither one would answer. Juvia was sulking in a corner and mumbling something about having a new love-rival. That explains why Gray was acting strange, and gives me something to bug him about, but I still have no idea what was up with Salamander. I would talk to Pantherlily about it but he went on a mission with Wendy and Carla and wouldn't be back until tomorrow or the next day.

I took a drink out of the mug in front of me right as someone walked into the guild. When the persons scent finally reached me I started choking on my drink. Luckily I was at the back of the guild where I usually sit so no one seemed to have noticed my coughing fit. When I could finally breathe again I looked to see who entered the guild. It was a girl with (H/L) (H/C) hair and bright (E/C) eyes. A few guys wolf whistled at the girl which caused her to blush. I glare at the men but I honestly don't blame them. She was wearing a crop top that showed off her chest and a short skirt that reached around mid-thigh. Erza walked up to the girl and with my dragon slayer hearing, I'm able to hear her ask, "What is your business with Fairy Tail?"

The girl pulls out a note with the Blue Pegasus emblem stamped on the front. "I bring a note from my guild." She says with a bright smile. Erza takes the note with a slightly shaking hand and opens it. I watch as a few people gather around to try and see what the note says. "We've been invited to a party at Blue Pegasus as a welcome back." Erza says where everyone can hear and everyone cheers. 'So the girl is in the Blue Pegasus guild?' I think as I finally notice her (F/C) guild mark by her ankle. "Great, I'll go inform Master Bob at once." The girl says with a smile as she turns to leave.

I was hoping to talk to her before she left but I'll get that chance at the party. I go back to sipping on my drink and notice Erza stop the girl from leaving. I tune out what they say and glance around the guild until I hear something that surprises me. "Actually we met many years ago, I was just really little at the time." I never recall meeting anyone in Blue Pegasus that looked like her. It must have been when Master sent Salamanders team to deal with the Oracion Seis with the other guilds. They never metioned anyone like her but, then again I barely listen to anything that comes out of that Fire Breathers mouth.

I'm brought out of my thoughts by Natsu and Gray yelling stupid insults at each other. Well at least they are starting to act normal again, and by normal I mean their usual idiotic selves. Out of the corner of my eye I notice the Blue Pegasus chick making her way towards the back of the guild not to far from me. She was obviously trying to get away from the ever growing guild fight happening on the other side of the guild. I stand up and make my way over to her hoping to find out what her name is. Then a chair comes flying towards and she doesn't seem to notice until the last second so I rush over and grab the chair before it can hit her.

I look down at the girl and watch as she lowers her arms before looking up at me. I give her a smirk and say, "You should be more careful next time Shorty." As soon as I say 'Shorty' she glares at me. Its around this time that I finally figure out her scent. Roses and Mint. Its an odd mix but it suits her perfectly. "Hey. My names not Shorty! Its (Y/N)." She says with obvious irritation. I throw the stool back towards the fight before crossing my arms. "Gihi, I think I'll stick with Shorty." (Y/N) crosses her arms and puffs out her cheeks. "You could at least tell me your name." She says. Before I can answer Salamander yells, "GAJEEL!" Then a flaming fist punches me in the face and I'm launched into the wall. I growl and jump back at him with my fist reared back. (Y/N) steps out of our way as we tumble by.

"THAT'S ENOUGH!" I hear (Y/N) yell and when I look over at her I see a (F/C) glow surrounding her body along with multiple swords. She honestly looked pretty hot. Salamander jumps away from me and leaps towards (Y/N) while saying, "I'm all fired up." All (Y/N) does is stick out her arm and a few swords attack him. I grin while watching him fly into a wall. "Anyone else?" (Y/N) asks and when nobody answers she makes her swords disappear before skipping over to the bar.

I hear her say goodbye to Erza before walking towards the guild doors. I make my way over to her and call out, "Hey Shorty." (Y/N) looks over at me with an annoyed look and answers, "Yes?" "What kind of magic was that back there?" I ask getting straight to the point. "Yes, Juvia believes she has Meredy-san use the same kind of magic." Juvia says from behind (Y/N) causing her to jump. She turns around to face Juvia and answers, "Uh, its called Maguilty magic." Juvia then continues to mutter stuff about Meredy before walking off again, most likely to stalk Gray. "Ok? Well, I gotta get going so. . .see you later." (Y/N) says as she leaves.

She was . . .interesting.

(A/N Sorry about this being a day late but Monday I was snowed in and all the snow messed with my wifi. Anyway the next update will be out next week)
