His Thoughts When Meeting You ~Rogue

I had finally found a good job for Sting and I after Master Jiemma accepted a new member. It was a pretty easy job, especially for me and Sting. Just take out a dark guild a few cities over. I walked over to the bar to get job approved before making my way over to Sting. He wasn't at the table we were sitting at before, instead he was at the center of the guild talking to the new girl. When I finally get to the center of the guild I notice the new girl playing with Frocsh. I zoom past Sting, who had a cocky smirk on his face, and stand directly behind the new girl. She stops playing with Frocsh obviously sensing me behind her and as calmly as possible I say, "Put Frocsh down."

The newbie looks me in the eyes for a moment and in those few second I could see a mischievous gleam. Then her eyes dart away from me before locking back onto mine. "No." The new girl says, confidently before running out of the guild with Frocsh STILL in her arms. I stare at the now empty space in front of me before glaring at it, a dark aura surrounding me. "I'm gonna kill her." I say, VERY seriously before disappearing out of the guild. How dare this girl come in our guild and start messing with things. Who does she think she is? I'm brought out of my thoughts when Stings comes running up behind me. What is he doing here?

Now that I think about it, Sting was being nice to the girl back at the guild. Has he come to help me or protect the new girl? Before I can question him a blood curdling scream is heard from not to far ahead of us. It sounded like... the new girl? As we get closer a scent hits my nose nearly making me stop in my tracks. It smelled like ... sugared watermelon and kiwi's. Wait a smell this good could come from- No! It has to be something else.

Sting and I finally make it to the new girl and....(Y/N)? I thought she was still on her S-class mission. "Rogue!" Frocsh calls out, successfully bringing me out of my thoughts once more. Frocsh jumps out of (Y/N)'s arms and runs over to me. (Y/N) turns to face us and I nearly gasp when our eyes meet. Even through her sunglasses I could see her (E/C) eyes. I barely even notice that the new girl stopped screaming. "Why are you hurting her?" Sting asks, drawing (Y/N)'s eyes away from mine. (Y/N) raises a brow at Sting and asks, "She had Frocsh. Why?" She thought she was protecting Frocsh and my heart nearly jumped at the thought. "She's just joined the guild and doesn't know anything yet." Lector says quickly.

I nearly raise a brow at Sting since I just noticed that both him and Lector were trying to protect the new girl and they didn't even really know her. I would have to question Sting about this but another time. (Y/N) steps closer to the new girl and I tense up a bit thinking that (Y/N) might continue hurting her. (Y/N) crouches down right in front of the newbie and says, "Let's just get this straight, Sabertooth is a strict guild so don't go messing around with things unless you wanna get punished. Got it?" The new girl nods quickly, wanting her pain to finally end. (Y/N) stands up and makes her way over to us. The new girl stops sweating and holding onto her stomach letting us know that she was fine now.

Sting completely ignores (Y/N) and walks straight over to the new girl, helping her up. "What's with him?" (Y/N) asks. I think I know what's up with Sting but I don't want to say anything until my suspicions have been confirmed. I decide to say nothing and look down at Frocsh who was happily watching a butterfly. (Y/N) turns away from me after I don't answer so I mumble out a quiet, "Thanks." (Y/N) glances over at me and gives me a quick nod. "Alright, you guys should probably head back to the guild." (Y/N) says before looking at the new girl and saying, "And don't forget to tell the newbie the rules of the guild on the way back."

The new girl glares at (Y/N) but before she can say something back she grabs onto her stomach. "What was that?" (Y/N) questions but the new girl stays quiet. "That's what I thought." The newbie leaves after (Y/N) stops hurting her and Sting and Lector follow closely behind her. "I forgot you had Virus Magic." I say which brings (Y/N)'s attention back to me. "Aren't you gonna go back with them?" She questions. I grab Frocsh as he starts to wonder off before answering, "No, I was about the leave for a job with Sting but you can see how that ended." I stare off in the direction Sting and the new girl disappeared in. "What's the job?"

Wait, what? I look over at (Y/N) who had a serious expression letting me know she wasn't kidding. I grab the job request I out of my cloak with my free hand and give it to (Y/N). After a few moments of looking at the request she hands it back to me. "Mind if I tag along?" I raise a brow wondering if she was serious before answering, "Sure." (Y/N) lifts her shades off her face and sets them on top of her head. "We have to make sure we're back within 3 days for training." I nod and we both turn and make our way to the train station. If we aren't back within three days then Master Jiemma will definitely punish us. He has to see who the strongest are so we can for sure win the Grand Magic Games, again.

"I hope it doesn't rain again." (Y/N) says as she stares at the cloudy sky. I nod absentmindedly as my mind starts to wonder back to (Y/N)'s scent. Now that I'm right beside her, I am practically drowning in it. "Did anything happen while I was gone?" (Y/N) asks after a while. She has been gone on a year long S-class mission but nothing really interesting has happened. "No." I answer and notice (Y/N)'s face become irritated. After a few moment I remember something that (Y/N) did miss that might be of some importance to her. "Fairy Tail is back." I say and I finally notice the train station in the distance. "What?" (Y/N) asks, obviously very confused. "The ones from Tenrou island." I say, hoping she would finally understand. "No way!" Says a very shocked (Y/N). I giver her a nod letting her know I was being serious. "Are they gonna be in the Grand Magic Games?" She asks. I shrug as we finally arrive at the train station and answer, "Don't know yet."

Honestly I kinda hoped they were so I could finally fight Gajeel. I know Sting is hoping to fight Natsu to keep his promise to Lector. (Y/N) buys us tickets while I look over the job request. I am honestly not looking forward to the 2 hour trip ahead of us but hopefully I can get through it without throwing up this time. "Ready to go?" (Y/N) asks as she walks up to me with out tickets in her hands. I glance at the train and in my head I answer 'Absolutely not' but on the outside I just not. We board the train and I nearly pass out from nausea once it starts moving. Ugh, I'm gonna be sick!
