Human are such stupid and naïve creatures, let's admit it, no matter how hard a person tries to be happy, there will be a time where everything comes crashing down causing... pain and misery.
Melanie lays down on her bed, exhausted by what happened earlier on today, she closes her eyes gently and sighed. I just don't understand, who is he? What is wrong with him? How have I never met him before?
While groaning, she stood up and went to the bathroom. I look horrible... how can anyone look this... dead? Dead? Dead? She chuckled as if someone had said something hilarious, she places her thin hand on her pale white face as she paused and remembered what happened this morning.
"Hell-"but stopped halfway through as the feeling of disappointment rushed, rapidly into her body.
Melanie froze and gawked at the attractive man on the plain white bed, with a gentle smile. Wha-What the heck? She didn't think she'd come across a mysterious guy, who was smiling when she came in, more like... she expected a girl who, was emotional and depressed, just like the others.
The awkward silence floated in the atmosphere, as none of them spoke a word to each other, until...
"Hi..." the gentleman spoke softly and gazed at Melanie, with amusement
"..."Melanie stood paralyzed, still staring at the boy in horror and suddenly coughed out loud
"S-sorry, I walked into the wrong room" she spoke rapidly and hurriedly shuffled out the room, leaving the poor male in loneliness and confusion.
Oh god! That was so embarrassing! She cringes as she scurried along the dead silent corridor and recalls the perplexed expression, from the young adolescent; when she rushed out.
Melanie trotted out and swiftly turned to a corner and there it is, her personal 'prison cage.' The room she could never get used to being in, for a long time even though, she's been in here for a while now. This is her 'home'.
