Ajax could hear footsteps coming closer to him, but he didn't care to move. He got ready to fight as he looked around. He then saw a tiny fire circle. His mind got cloudy and a loud ringing piercing in his ears made him crash to the ground with a thud. The pain is what got to him. He was normally strong against pain but this pain was a lot worse than he'd ever felt. He tried to get back up but he couldn't. He looked to the circle and waited for something to happen.
