I was listening to this while I wrote this and I love this song so maybe you can have fun with it too.

Mark's POV

Mark could hear Jack in the back of his mind, calling his name, opening doors in his apartment, looking for him, and Mark wanted to answer Jack's call. But of course, he could not. Mark smiled as he recollected memories of his year with his cute little Irish man. After the Eiffel Tower, Mark had taken Jack everywhere. They had had countless picnics on the beaches and had traveled all over the world. But they also took the time to stay home alone and watch movies. They had held a horror movie marathon for Halloween and had scared the pants off of each other the entire day. Thanksgiving came and Jack went to see his family, and Mark tagged along, not really doing much though. Christmas... well, Christmas was definitely fun. A/N: No there was not smut. Unless that's what you wanna think that.
Mark smiled as he realized that it didn't matter what they had done, they had just been happy together all the time.
Mark's smile quickly turned to a frown as he could hear Jack back on earth again. He was sobbing, hard. And screaming his name. It broke his heart. Whenever Jack was sad, it broke Mark's heart. Mark looked down at the floor and felt a tear fall down his face. He listened to Jack's sobbing, until he heard a loud whooshing noise and looked up to see God. He wasn't surprised as much as he was startled. Mark quickly wiped the tear off his face and cleared his throat.
"Why did you bring me here?", Mark blurted out. He didn't care that he was speaking to God and would probably get punished for it later. Mark also didn't care that he already knew the answer to the question. He just wanted a reason to be angry.
"Don't lie to me, Mark. You know why you're here."
Mark frowned and looked at the floor again, immediately defeated. "I know but, why did I have to leave? We were so happy together. Heck, I loved him. I still love him."
"I know, Mark. And I'm proud of you. You made Jack happy every single day, and you were always by his side. And for that, I'm going to give you one, wish, let's call it. Ask me anything, and it's yours."
Mark was speechless. His mouth hung open in shock as he realized what had just happened. A tear slid down his face again. He immediately knew what he wanted, but his mouth couldn't form the words. Finally, though, he could say what he so longed to say.
"Home. I want to go home. To my friends, my family, to my Jack."
Mark looked up to see God smiling. But then Mark blinked and no longer saw his smiling face. He was back in Jack's apartment.
                Jack's POV
"Mark? Mark! Mark come back! Please don't leave me!! I'M NOT READY!!!" Jack slid onto the floor in disbelief. Mark was gone. He was really gone. He hadn't left a note or jumped out and scared him like normal. He had just left. And he hadn't even said goodbye. Jack said Mark's name again, but not in desperation, but in heartbreak. Jack did the only thing he knew how to do at this point, which was cry. He sobbed and sobbed, but no matter how much emotional pain he was in, Mark never showed up. Jack remembered what had happened last time he was in the scenario, but today it would end differently.
Jack stood up and walked into the kitchen again, exactly the same as last time. He grabbed the same knife and held it to his wrist. He brought it down slowly, just like before, but then he heard the same voice, just the same as before.
     "Jack?"
"M-Mark?", his voice was shaky as he spoke. Jack heard footsteps running through the house, yet he never moved from where he stood. Too many thoughts and voices went through his head, yelling at him, screaming, whispering and saying so many things he couldn't even piece together. But then he was there.
"Sean!", Mark said, his voice full of something he'd never heard before.
"Mark..." The knife clattered to the ground as it slipped from his grasp. All of the voices immediately left his head and it was now blank. Jack couldn't believe it. Mark had said his name countless times, but never, never had he said it like that.
"Mark...", it was only a whisper, but a whisper was all Jack could manage at the time. He just stood there, in a daze, trying to focus on what was happening. Jack felt Mark's arms as they took his arms and slowly lowered to the floor. He felt Mark running his fingers through his green hair, but he truly felt alive when he looked up and saw Mark's eyes, and then his lips. And then those same lips were on top of his and were kissing him. Jack gasped as everything came back to him and he smiled as he tried to speak.
"Mar-"
Jack was cut off by Mark kissing him again, much harder and more passionately than before. Jack finally wrenched himself away from Mark and laughed. "You're back."
"Sean, I'm so sorry. I didn't want to leave, but I didn't have a choice and I was-"
This time it was Jack's turn to cut him off as he kissed him, tackling him to the floor at the same time. Finally pulling away, Jack grinned and said, "I know, ya smelly. I love you."
"I love you too, Sean."
After a couple more kisses and "I love yous", Mark look at Jack and smiled. "Sean?"
     "Yeah Mark?"
"I have something to tell you." Jack wasn't sure if it was good news or bad news, which really scared him, so he took Mark's hands and held on to them firmly. "Ok."
"Sean, I get to stay here."
"You mean, you get to be my angel again?"
"No, Sean. Even better. Because I stayed here with you and kept you safe, God said he'd grant me any one thing I want."
     "Which means..."
"Sean, I get to live again. As a person. He says it'll be like I never left. You'll be the only person to remember."
Sean grinned and wrapped his arms around Mark. He couldn't believe it.
'No one will remember that he died.', he thought to himself. 'No one will remember anything. And only I will remember that he's my boyfriend from Heaven.'
