Austin.

This woman intrigued me. Her flawless skin. Her perfect curves. Her silky brown hair. And her well hidden attitude. All of it makes me want her.

But I stay professional and proceed to only look at her as an employee. Or soon to be employee.

"What was your last occupation?" I asked her as she crossed one leg over the other, showing a small portion in between her thighs but not enough to visibly see anything.

I grip my pen a little tighter as she bites her lip out of, what I assume to be nervousness.

"I was a cashier at a grocery store." she hung her head low as if she were ashamed to have held that position.

"And when was this?" I interrogate as I pretend to write things down, knowing already that she has the job, her application was enough. I just like seeing her nervous. It fuels me.

"A few months ago." she answered a little louder than last time, making it easier to hear.

"And why were you fired?" I lay my pen down and cross my arms, leaning back in my chair.

"I-I wasn't. " she stutters fueling me even more causing me to shoot back a quick question once again.

"So you quit?"

"Y-yes."

"Why?"

"I was being sexually harassed by my boss." she answered and my anger hit its peek. I uncrossed my arms and rested them on my chair arms. I gripped them so tight my knuckles turned white.

"What was his name?" I asked with anger laced in my voice. No woman or man should be harassed at all. Boss's tend to take advantage of their position and act like they can do whatever they want to their employees which pisses me off.

"He was arrested already so it doesn't matter." she said while uncrossing her legs and sitting up straight.

I decide to shrug it off and get back to business, no matter how much the thought angered me.

"What makes you feel you have the educational qualifications for this job?" I raise my brow, genuinely curious as to what her answer will be.

"Aren't I going to be the basic, 'get your coffee and tell you your meetings' assistant?" she answered my question with another question.

"That and you will have to fix certain paperwork if needed. They have to be perfected. No screw ups. I've already fired thirteen assistants...this month." her attitude changed at the amount of assistants I fired in that amount of time but she has to know how easily this job can be swept away from her.

"I assure you, sir that I can handle those things if taught correctly." she managed to bring her confidence back and I enjoyed the presence of this side of her. I'm not fond of quiet, shy people.

"Are you positive? Because I can easily fire you and replace you with someone who can do these things right?" she stands and smooths out her dress like the first time we saw each other downstairs.

"Positive." she said with a smile and I stood up, holding out my hand.

"Good. You got the job. Training starts Monday. If you aren't ready by Wednesday then your first paycheck will be cut short. It isn't that hard to establish. We will talk about your paycheck by the end of the month. Until then, have a nice weekend Mrs. Lathum." I sat back down after shaking her hand.

"Thank you so much." she excitedly stated with a big smile on her face.

She hurried out of my office and I couldn't help but to admire the view.
