Jayfeather heard the news of the Windclan crossing our territory. Suddenly Jayfeather heard a loud yowl. He rushed to the sound of it. Emberpaw was yowling of a bitten foot all bloody. "What happened?" Asked Jayfeather. I got bitten by a fox. I hit it and it ran away." Mewed Emberpaw. "Follow me I have to get you fixed up before it gets infected." Mewed Jayfeather. Emberpaw followed Jayfeather to the den. "Sit still Emberpaw! I won't be able to treat it if you keep squirming!" Mewed Jayfeather. "But it burns!" Mewed Emberpaw. Jayfeather's anger had quickly rose, but quickly went down. He knew he shouldn't be angry. He knew it's something that hurts. "I know it hurts. But if you keep moving around you might make it bleed and hurt even more." Emberpaw stopped moving and said "Will I have to stop hunting for a bit?" "No, that won't be a problem." Mewed Jayfeather. Emberpaw followed Jayfeather's words and stopped moving. "There, all done. Now just don't run for today or hunt." Mewed Jayfeather. Emberpaw got up and said, "Thanks Jayfeather!" "Well I'll be going now." "Bye Emberpaw." Mewed Jayfeather. Emberpaw froze right before she left. "Hey Jayfeather. I saw Moonglow leaving the clan and went into the woods. What happened?" Asked Emberpaw. Jayfeather looked at Emberpaw, "Does she know something? No, she probably doesn't know. But how did she see him leave?" Thought Jayfeather. "I don't know." I lied. "Oh, ok that was just a question cause it seemed like that he was running away." Mewed Emberpaw. "Hey Emberpaw! Where are you?" Called Snowpaw "Im over here!" Replied Emberpaw. Well I'll be going now, Bye Jayfeather!" Mewed Emberpaw "Bye Emberpaw" Replied Jayfeather
