I walk away from Carl, not wanting to talk about it anymore.
That day was one of the worst days of my life, and it was all my fault. I'm never going to do what I did ever again.
I enter the house, feeling bad as I do.
I'm in the guys house, I know I act like I don't care, but when you get sent to sleep in his goddamn house, you feel a little regret.
I look around the house, seeing small pictures of them two, not many, of course, as it's kinda hard to find a working camera lately.
I pick up a picture of a baby scan.
Damn.
Maggie's pregnant?
Now I feel even worse.
Glenn didn't deserve to die. Rick should've, he's the one who lead, Glenn had no choice but to follow.
Yeh see my dad always does this.
Keeps the leader alive so they can watch their group slowly fall apart. It's not right.
I walk upstairs and see a bedroom, a clearer picture of them two on the bedside table.
I place the picture flat so you can't see it and walk out and slowly shut the door.
I walk into smaller room with a single bed and decide to sleep there.
Once I've looked around the house I walk downstairs to see Rick and a woman with dreadlocks sitting on the couch.
"What do you want?" I ask.
"Who are you?" She asks.
"I'm Emily." I say, a grin tugging at my lips.
"How many walkers have you killed?" She asks.
"To many to count" I say.
"How many people have you killed?" She asks.
"I don't know, a lot." I say, shrugging.
"Why?" She asks seriously.
"Because I didn't like them." I say simply.
"So you just kill people because you don't like them? Why?" She asks.
"Because that's just how I am." I say.
She raises an eyebrow at me.
"I'm sure there's more to you than that." She says.
"Maybe there is, but you sure as hell ain't gonna see it" I say.
"We'll see about that." She says and gets up to leave.
She left her sword on the couch.
"Yo samurai." I say, she turns around and I throw her the sword.
She catches it and exits the house.
I roll my eyes and sit on the couch, taking out a small picture of me and my dad from a while ago.
I smile at the memory.
It was Christmas Day and I had just finished opening all of my presents.
My mom came in with a camera and told me to sit next to my dad, he wrapped his arms around me and I did the same.
"Say cheese!" She says happily.
"Cheese" we say.
She snaps the picture and the flash goes off.
We all laugh as I rub my eyes after.

I laugh at what a cheesy family we were.
Sometimes I miss my old dad.
He still loves me just as much as he did before all this shit, he still protects me like he used to too. He changed me because he said it was for the best, that if I didn't change I'd die, and that he couldn't always protect me.
I'm glad I changed, because my dads right. I would be dead right now if it wasn't for my dad.
It's crazy how your whole world can change after someone you love dies, I never expected my dad to become how he is now, to have the power he has now.
I put the picture back into my pocket and walk outside.
I see Rick talking to some people from Alexandria and I walk up to him.
As he sees me approaching he says something to the people and they walk away.
He still looks the same as when Glenn was killed. He looked at me like he looked at my dad- with pure terror.
Never in my whole life did I expect a fully grown man to be scared of me, not even Carl is that scared of me.
"Why the hell are you the leader?" I ask,"you can barley even look me in he eye, and your a fully grown man!"
He looks at his shoes then back at me, straight in the eyes.
I laugh.
"Wow, didn't think you had it in ya. Good on you. Now uh, if I was you, I'd get ready because my dad is gonna be here real soon and he's gonna take a lot of your shit, and your people need to get used to us taking your shit." I say.
"Right." He says, taking his eyes away from mine.
I roll my eyes and laugh.
I walk into a stock room, full of supplies.
"Damn!" I exclaim.
"Who is that?" A large woman wearing glasses walks into the room.
"Wow! This place really does have a nice good stock! I'm Emily, by the way. You should get used to me being around-my dad too." I say.
"Uh- I'm Olivia" she says, obviously scared of me.
"Well nice to meet ya Olivia!" I say.
"N-nice to meet you" she says, trying to keep her cool, failing.
"My dad is gonna be impressed ya know? He'll be expecting a lot more after he takes at least half of this though" I say.
She stays silent.
"Well then, catch ya later" I say, laughing.
I roll my eyes as I exit the house, she clearly doesn't know how to survive.
"What the hell are you doing?" I hear someone ask.
I turn to see Carl, a girl our age behind him.
"What?"I ask.
"This! Making everyone scared of you!" He says, referring to Olivia.
I smirk.
"I don't know what you're talking about Carl."
"You're not making anything better. If anything you're making it worse" he says.
"Why do you care Carl? Why are you wasting you and your girlfriend's time spying on me? So what if I'm making it worse? Maybe that's what I want, maybe I want you to see how much of a bitch I am." I say, starting to get pissed off with him.
He stays quiet.
"Come on Carl." The girl says.
