Chapter 1 ~ A Fresh Start 😄

KitKat's POV

I stepped off the plane.

"Thank god that's over.." Misaki groaned.

"Yup..." I responded, rubbing my head. "I mean my family was fine but the plane rides... Just no..."

"Yup.." She said. "Now let's head back!"

"Gladly!" I said, nodding.

As we were walking home we ran into Greg.

"Hey KitKat." He said.

I ignored him and said to Misaki, "hm? Did you say something?"

"Nope." She said, playing along. "But I think I did hear something.."

"Oh come on!" He said. "You know I said you could stop that ages ago right?"

"Yeah, but it's fun." I smirked.

"Ha!" He said. "The great force acknowledged me!"

"Yeah well... The Force needs sleep." I said.

"See you." Misaki and I said as we walked off.

Greg waved and kept walking to the airport.

"At least it's the Christmas holidays now right?"

"Yup." Misaki said, happily. "Vacation is the BEST!"

I nodded in agreement.

"Now let's head home and see Toodlez!"

"Sure!!" She smiled.

We trudged through the snow back to my house.
When we got there I tried to open the door, but it was locked.
"Toodlez!!" I called up. "Open the door!!"
"No...!" Came the muffled, sad response.
"Ugh.." I groaned. "Your not still hung up about the whole Jason thing?"
"No.." She lied.
I sighed and took my keys out. I opened the door.
"Misaki is here!!" I called upstairs. "Y'know from our home town!"
"Whatever." She said.
Misaki and I looked at each other and laughed.

"Come on." I said to Misaki. "let's go upstairs and see her, she's been up there since I left!"

"Okay!" She said and we went upstairs.

I knocked on toodlez's door. "Hey toodlez, can we come in?"

"No." She said, stubbornly.

I sighed and opened the door.

"Come on!" I complained. "Misaki and I are your friends! And I'm your sister!"

"So?" She asked.

"SO WE CAN COME INTO YOUR ROOM WHENEVER WE WANT!!" I yelled.

"Okay okay!" She said.

I sighed. "Come on toodlez! You need to get back out there! Come on! I'm sure there's tons of guys that would love to spoon you!"

"HEY! NO SPOONING!" She shouted.

Misaki and I burst out laughing!

"I'm sure loads of guys would love to be your boyfriend!" Misaki said.

"Yea sure." She said, sarcastically.

I rolled my eyes.

"I'm going to the park. You coming Misaki?"

"Sure.." She sighed.

"Bye toodlez." I said.

"See you!" Misaki said.

"Get out..!..!" Toodlez pulled her pillow out from behind her and chucked it at us!
We ran out of her room.

"Race you!!" I called, then I sprinted off down the stairs and out the door!
I was half way down the street by the time she got to the door!

"Hey that's not fair!!" She called as she ran after me.
I laughed! "Slavery isn't fair! The Jeremy Kyle Show still being on TV isn't fair! Getting a head start, that is fair!"

She burst out laughing. "The Jeremy Kyle Show?? Really?!"

"Yup!" I called over my shoulder as I raced down to the park.

When I got to the park I leapt onto the roundabout and started spinning round on it.

"Wheeeee!!!!" I called. "I win Misaki! Now, GIMME ALL YOUR MONEY!!"

"I don't have any money on me right now!" She laughed as she came running into the park.

"You know what money means!!" I called. "Don't you remember me and Jessy having all those conversations about it?"

"Oh right!" She laughed.
Then she pulled a Wispa Gold out of her pocket.

She laughed and handed me it.
I snatched it and gobbled it down.

"Nom nom nom!!" I chomped. "Thanks for da money! It tastes so good!!"

She laughed. "No problem!"

I raced over to Savannah and Perry.

"HEY GUYS!!" I yelled at the top of my voice.

"KitKat!!!" They chorused happily.

Savannah stood up from the table and we hugged.

She sat back down and said, "so you just got back?"

"Yup!" I said happily. "And Misaki came too!!!!!"

"Mi- who ha..?" She asked.

"Mee- sack- ee!" I said. Then we burst out laughing.

"That's just wrong!" Savannah said, laughing.

"Your just wrong, ya big turd!" I retorted, laughing too!

Savannah waved Misaki over and she came running.

"I'm Misaki!!" She smiled.

"Hiiii!!" Savannah and Perry said.

On the bus with a bunch of annoying Primary kids 😒😂
