Trying to fix it

I just started at the girl I had dropped. Just stared. She looked very confused, until I looked into the distance and growled "Are you stupid? I'm letting you go, now make like a tree and leave!" I brushed my hand in the direction of the exit as I finished my sentence. But she didn't budge. "Move before I change my mind!" I yelled. Clearly, that second message got to her, because she flung up and scurried around like a lost mouse until she found the road and started sprinting.
As I looked into the distance, I saw what looked like two shadows, walking down the street. As I walked closer, I realized it was just a cliché couple and I had no interest in it. I couldn't fly around like I used to, so I'd just have to wait here until morning where everyone came to this building and wasn't allowed to leave until a specific time. Sounds like something I know.
I walked around like a dog looking for food until I found a nice bush that could serve as shelter for now. Sooner than I could say Eleglactica, I fell asleep. I woke up to a bird sitting on my chest chirping, trying to fly. Then when I turned my head up, I saw a nest with other chirping birds in it. "Hey little guy. Did you fall?" I asked it, perching it on my finger. I reached up as high as I could, and luckily, it was just high enough to reach the nest.
"There you go little guy." I said, placing it back in its nest. "Wow. Emma?" Said a familiar voice. I spun around to see Teagan. I guess She could read between the lines on my face because she said," it's ok. Im not mad at you or angry or whatever. If anything I'm happy to see you." I gave her a warm smile and she smiled back. Then sappy Emma came out. I ran up and hugged her. And to my surprise, she hugged back. Our strange friendship moment was later rudely  interrupted by a bell. Teagan said she had to go, and she walked away.
I felt better knowing that she still cares, but my goal is to find all my friends and see who had turned their backs to me, and who is willing to stay friends with a girl who is dying and going insane. I just stood thinking for a while, then realized that Teagan's hug hasn't cured my situation. My powers were sill disappearing. And I was the only one who could fix it.
I knew what I would have to do to heal my wings, and if I didn't do it soon, it wouldn't be possible.  I had to jump universes. My magic allowed me to open portals, and jump into other  universes and dimensions. And I knew exactly with universe I had to go to. The game realm.
Most people are familiar with this specific universe, considering that every video game they have is just something that leaked into the earth dimension from the game realm. All I had to do was jump games until I found the correct item. I need some type of healing potion from a magic game. First portal, lots of zombies fighting plants. Second portal, a goat running around terrorizing people. Third portal, a skeleton wearing a hoodie with a glowing blue eye. Fourth portal, a very blocky world, but it had a bottle of some potion in it! I grabbed it and jumped in the air as I closed the portal.
When I got back to the normal dimension, I carefully walked over to a bush to apply the potion to my wings. When I got to a nice, suitable, bush I was going to every so slightly place a drop of it on my back to heal my wings. I was just about to get a drop out, when a rabbit came out of the blue and scared the living daylight out of me. This stupid creature resulted in me dropping the potion, causing it to break and splatter on the floor. "Great. Just peachy." I said, kicking the broken glass. And to top my day off like the cherry on the syrup, more magic came out of my wings, making me unable to open another portal.
I paced back and fourth, trying to figure out a solution to my problem. When that got me no where, I had the brilliant idea of copying what the humans do when they are stressed out. They bite their fingernails. And pace. So I was doing that when I realized, I still had one option left. It was so obvious! I sprinted away from my trusty bush, running to a specific building. When I walked in, it was dark, but I saw something in the corner.
The exact reason I came here.
