The girl was rushed into the small house, and sat at a table. There was a smell of something being baked. Hiroki sat down across from her. A silence rose.
"You don't have to be afraid, were friends."
The way he said it almost sounded believable. But she wasn't fully listening, she was focusing the large blue scaled creature standing behind Hiroki, baking something.
"Oh her? That Hansuke, I gave her that name."
"Yeah I can tell." The girl mumbled.
"She's also a friend. She's not like the other.. things out there.."
Hiroki tapped his fingers on the table. "How did you, tame.. her?" She asked.
Hiroki almost laughed at that question.
"Tame? I didn't tame her. She saved me. And now I save you."
"Is that was this is about?"
The conversation was interrupted by The sound of glass plates clinging.
Hansuke walked over and placed two slices of cake served on glass China. If Hansuke could, she would be smiling right now. Hiroki without hesitation took a bite out of his slice of cake. But she just sat there in her chair. "How do you get these things?" The girl examined the beautiful glass plate.
Hiroki shrugged, his mouth was full with cake "She gets everything."
Hesitantly, she looked up into Hansuke's yellow eyes, she had now sat down at the table. Yhe girl quickly looked back down "Uh. Does she talk?"
"No.. but she can understand us just fine."
The girl hesitantly took a bite of the slice of cake. Then another. Then another.
When was the last time she's eaten something?
Before she could notice it, she had finished the entire slice of cake, and was now finishing every crumb. She looked up, realizing how foolish she must look. She was right. Hiroki just sat there in silence. Hansuke looked pleased that she liked the cake. Hiroki stood up and grabbed both of their plates. He then walked to the window, and threw a plates out the window. The girl took a breath, wanting to comment on that, but then was taken off guard by a sudden dizziness. She tried to ignore it.

"Its getting a bit dark out." He said as he closed the window shudders and lit up a candle. Hansuke never took her eyes off the girl, and it was becoming creepy in the dark. "Um, I really think I should go."

The girl tried to stand up, she stumbled more than walked, and now her vision was going in and out. What's happening?
"You seem tired, Yasumi."
She could feel Hiroki smiling, still.
The girl reached for the doorknob, her legs then went limp.
"What did you do?!" The girl yelled at Hiroki.
"Take her to the basement Hansuke. Our guest needs to rest."
She was then picked up by Hansuke and taken down a hatch that was under the table. She was placed down on a bed. Her vision was blurry, but she saw a fuzzy figure on front of her. She realized she still had the glass shard, she gripped it tightly.
"Don't worry Yasumi, im not here to hurt you. Just sleep." The girl managed to get a few words out "I'm.. going to kill.."
Then everything went black.
