Chapter five- What a Liar
The next morning went fast, eats- dress up- and went out. When I am in Lisa’s house, I ask her questions about being popular. I even take note about them since I am like so in love with population.
“You don’t have to do anything to be popular, it just like you are born to be popular,” Lisa said.
“Well, how can I be popular then?” I ask.
“If you are born to be popular then you will be but if you don’t…you just can’t,” Lisa answers.
“Can’t? Like me? I guess so,” I make a face
“You have talent girl. Show your talent.” Lisa disagree, “That all I can tell you!” Lisa continues.
Ding-Doom-Ding-Don, Lisa’s phone rings.
“Have to go…Wait!” Lisa run
I look as she goes and heard a male voice talking to her.
“Lisa? When are you going to our date?” Jason ask in the phone
“Gosh, my friend Jessie likes you and she want me to dump you,” Lisa whisper
“Oh her? I don’t even like her. Are you coming and are you dumping me?” Jason ask
“Of course not! I’m just faking. Jessie is too popular and she want to be popular… she ask me how to become popular when she is popular. What do you think I should do?” Lisa ask
“Just come or I’ll dump you (not)” Jason teases
That all I heard and then Lisa went to her room and tell me that her parent need her so I have to leave. The next thing is that Lisa closes the door; I can hear her singing something like “love you.” I shock!
