I heard a knock on the door and seen Merissa once I opened it. She pushed me out of the way and slammed the door shut and locked it. "Is something wrong?" I asked confused. "Matthew, he's trying to come over! I don't want him here and I know you don't either!" She said looking out the window. He was siting on the porch. "Hey Merissa!" I heard from behind me. I turned around and seen Lucas. "Hey luca- Lucas!!" She said while running to him to hug him. "I haven't seen you in a long time !" She said squeezing him. "I know ever since our parents broke up we haven't seen each other, not even in school." He said hugging her back. Merissa was shorter than me and Lucas was taller than me so it looked funny because of their heights.

"Rita I didn't know this was the boy!" She said embarrassing me. I blushed and slapped her playfully. "What?" He asked. "Nothing!!" I yelled over Merissa. She laughed and smiled and so did Lucas. "Guys why is he sitting on the porch still?" Merissa whispered so he can't hear us. "Who?" Lucas asked. "Matthew!" Merissa whisper yelled. Lucas got mad and well I didn't know what was going to happen next.
