Fantastic Beasts: In the Future?

Prologue- Remembering

     "I ain't never going to find someone like you." 

     Those words echoed in Jacob's head as he looked at the girl smiling at him from across the bakery that Jacob owned. She looked familiar for some reason, and her face brought a memory to his mind. A memory of adventure and happiness. 

     Jacob tried to remember the girl's name. She reminded him of royalty... Like a queen... 

     She drew closer to him, and then something snapped into place in his brain. 

     "Queenie?" Jacob whispered, as he raised his hand to his neck. 

    "Jacob..." Queenie smiled at him, and she grabbed his hand. 

     Suddenly everything came back. Newt, Tina, magic, the beasts, and Grindelwald. Jacob remembered them all now. 

     "Queenie... Where's Newt? Where's Tina?" Jacob asked. 

     "Oh, Teenie is in our apartment, and Newt is in England." Queenie replied. 

     "He left? Without saying goodbye to me?" 

     "Well, your memory had to be erased, and Newt didn't have a chance to say farewell to you. Look, it's not safe to talk here. After work, you can come to my place. I'll meet you outside. Then Teenie and I will catch you up on everything that's happened, ok?" 

     "Sure." 

     Queenie gave Jacob one last smile, then turned and walked outside. Jacob smiled to himself, as the next customer walked up to the counter. He couldn't wait to get mixed up in the wizarding world again.

     At 6:00 P.M., Jacob walked out of his bakery and headed toward Queenie's apartment. He remembered that men weren't allowed in the apartment, so he would have to sneak inside. When he finally got there, he saw Queenie waiting outside for him. 

     "Jacob! There's a surprise for you inside! Oh, you're gonna love it!" Queenie said. 

     I wonder what it could be... Jacob thought. 

     "Silly, I can't tell you! You're gonna have to wait and see!" Queenie exclaimed. 

     Jacob had forgotten that she could read what he was thinking. Oops. 

     As they slowly crept upstairs, Tina rushed down to greet them. 

     "Hi! You'll never guess who just got here!" Tina whispered. 

     Jacob continued up the stairs with a puzzled expression on his face. 

     Does he remember everything?  Tina thought. 

     "Oh yeah, he remembers all of our adventure." Queenie replied. It might seem weird at first, and you might think that Queenie was talking to herself, but she was taking in a lot of information from everyone at once. It could be hard sometimes, but Queenie dealt with it nicely. 

     Finally, Jacob, Tina, and Queenie got to the apartment, and as Tina unlocked the door, Jacob's mind was going crazy with all the possibilities that could be in the apartment. It could be a wand for him or it could be a magical beast... The possibilities were endless!

     Queenie gave Jacob a look that said: Sweetie, calm down. You'll find out in a second...

     Jacob took a deep breath, and Tina opened the door. 

     Standing behind the door was Newt.
