Meg's POV:
I was so happy I started to cry when I saw Marley again.
She obviously pulled me in for a hug.
The kids ran to me, even cold-faced Lily, she kissed my cheek.
They all asked how China was, which made me laugh a lot.
I was so happy I was away from those Korean freaks, and back to my family.
Me and Marley went out to McDonalds, it was my birthday the day after we came back from Japan.
When we were heading home, and passed Emma's gigantic house, Marley whispered,
"If you work hard enough, you can live in a place like that."
I chuckled, and she joined in.
Marley was better to me than my parents ever were.
I don't even remember what they look like, and I'm not sure I want to.
"What do you want to be when you grow up, Meg?" Marley asked, when we were ten minutes from home.
"I want to be a singer, or an actor." I said, dreaming about it already.
"Not a Korean one, surely?"
"No, definitely not. I'm not getting into that mess." We laughed.
After we got to the front door of the orphanage, Marley took out her keys, and twisted them into the lock, opening the door to let us in.
I took the plastic bags from her, running to the sitting room.
"Guys, we got takeout-" I stopped in my tracks.
"You."
