Fighting death

Marshall's POV
I turned invisible and flew after them, they got to the hospital and Fiona blacked out. I don't think the princess of the human kingdom will survive. and it was all my fault she lied there in Jared's arms, limp and becoming pale
"Please stay, we need you"
He was begging her to survive,
He's one better man than I'll ever be
I could see into her thoughts she was battling a large man in a black cloak, death himself, she kicked him in the face, he laughed and smacked her away. I held onto her cold hand,
'Fiona please, live princess, you mean everything to your kingdom'
"All he cares about is my kingdom" she grumbled

Why did that make me smile?
She began to work around him and I knew how to stop death.
I kissed her. turned visible and looked at Jared then kissed Fiona, of course he was freaking out but, I kissed princess Fiona and I felt her beginning to win she kicked him square in the chest and he flew back
"You win this round Fiona, but I'll be back"
And with that she woke up.
She looked at me and her face got
Warm
I smiled at that and pulled away
"Strange how the king saved a princess"
She glared at me
"You were the reason I almost died"
"No no you refused to eat. leaving me in worries"
"The vampire king worried for a wolf?"
"As strange as it sounds indeed I did"
Jared grabbed her hand and gave it a soft squeeze then he kissed her forehead and left
"I'll be waiting princess"
I felt something In my chest,
The way he hugs her
Kisses her hand and forehead
Holds her
Makes me...jealous?
Weird.

Fiona's POV
I looked up to see a thinking Marshall, he zoned out and I giggled...alright weird. I flicked his nose and he looked at me
"You know, I'm not that bad"
"You're terrible"
"How so?"
"You locked me up for weeks with inedible food, and barely drinkable water!"
he scratched the back of his neck
"Heh, yeah I haven't had prisoners for long"
"I can tell"
