"Annie. Annie, wake up!"

I groaned, the sound muffled by someone's chest. Opening my eyes and looking up, I saw Maxxie's sleeping face.

Looking over, I saw Cassie leaning over me?

"What's up, Cas?" I asked, stretching my arms above my head,

"Michelle's mum is coming home today. I suggest that you get out before she comes home." Cassie explained.

"Thanks, Cassie." I smiled.

"No problem." She returned the smiled before going towards Michelle's bedroom,

"Good luck at your appointment today, Cas!" I exclaimed.

"Shhh." Maxxie moaned, wrapped his arms around my waist,

"Max." I whispered, shaking him, "We've got to go before Chelle's mum gets here."

He groaned again, unwrapping his arms from me and shifting towards the couch.

"Suit yourself." I mumbled, getting off the couch.

I grabbed my shorts and crop top from the ground and pulled them on. Looking back at Maxxie, I smiled at his lack of clothes and dragged the duvet on top of him.

Grabbing my bag and shoes, I began walking down the sidewalk. I heard a car pull up and turned around to see Cassie talking to Michelle's mum and step dad. I stayed a ways away, waiting for the boys to come running down the street. Cassie walked away and Michelle's mother went inside. Moments later there was a scream and I giggled as the boys jumped out the window and ran towards me.

...

Maxxie and I made our way to my flat. After getting inside, he went towards the shower to get the spaghetti sauce out of his hair. I dug through my drawers for some clothes that Maxxie had left behind and came out with a shirt and sweatpants. I entered the bathroom and set the clothes on the counter before turning and leaving,

Putting on a pair of jeans and a v-neck shirt, I applied some mascara and eyeliner before making some eggs and toast for Maxxie.

"Hello." Maxxie groaned, walking into the kitchen shirtless, rubbing his hair with a towel.

"Morning. Want some juice and pills for that hangover of yours?" I asked as he sat down and dug into his breakfast,

"Wes, pwease." He mumbled, mouth full of eggs.

Grabbing orange juice from the fridge and Advil from the cupboard, I set them in front of him on the table.

Maxxie wrapped his arms around my hips and laid his head against my stomach.

"You're the best." Maxxie said.

"I know." I smiled, running my hands through his hair, "Hurry up, we have college in a bit."

...

I took a bag of chips and sat outside with Michelle and Jal.

"Cas just had her last appointment." I commented, checking the time.

"Mm. Did she?" Michelle replied, taking a bite of her salad.

"Yea. If she's half a kilo up, she can leave." I responded, "Did you not know this?"

"No clue." Jal answered, "But good for her."

"Yea... good for her." I mumbled, continuing to eat my food.

I felt someone kiss the top of my head before sitting next to me. I looked to my right and saw Maxxie smiling at the three of us,

"So, girls, what are we talking about?"
