Luke POV
It was Friday and we were all in Ashton's basement, equipment was set up and we were just sitting around not quite ready to record yet.
"Okay everyone up and by your instrument now!"Ashton ordered because we were being lazy shits. Ashton was on his phone laid out on the couch in the basement eating chips with a Gatorade. Michael was laid out in the middle of the floor playing video games with a bag of gummy worms by his side, yelling at his game. Calum and I where on the other sofa. He sat on my lap watching Netflix with me, insisting I need to watch every episode of supernatural.
Calum had told me how he felt confident with his body so it was a perfect time to wear a skirt. He wore black jeans and a jumper to Ashton but once we got here he ran into the bathroom changing into his new outfit which was a black and red Twenty Øne Piløts shirt which was tucked into a red skirt. He had on a black choker that looked good on him and all black converse.
Technically I was the lead singer so I was front and center with calum to my left and Michael to my right, ash in the back. The camera was in front of us and I had just pushed record
"Hi my name is Luke hemmings front man and guitarist." I said slightly waving to the camera then pointed to calum with a fond smile.
"Oh I'm C-Calum." Calum said fumbling over his words slightly, a blush already taking over his face. Smiling at him again I take over.
"That Calum Hood bassist and singer. Really shy if you can't tell but cute." I said with a smirk look back over to calum who was red as a tomato. I could hear Michael mumble love birds before he introduced himself.
"Hello I'm Michael Clifford, Lead guitar singer best person you'll ever meet and on the drums is Ashton
Irwin who also sings and is ruggedly handsome." He said pointing to Ashton on the drum who waved.
"Anyways were going cover drown by BMTH with our own little twist so yeah here we go."
"1,2,3" ash counted down for us. Then we all started strumming
"What doesn't kill you makes you wish you were dead I got a hole in my soul growing deeper and deeper and I can't take"
Calum began by himself clear nervousness in his voice looking over at him I send a reassuringly smile towards him,
"One more moment of this silence the loneliness is haunting me and the weight of the world is getting harder to hold up"
I join in with calum,
"It comes in waves I close my eyes, hold my breath and let it bury me, I'm not okay and its not alright won't you drag the lake and bring me home again"
After that line I look over at calum who looked like he was about to cry,
"Who will fix me now dive in when I'm down save me from myself, don't let me drown"
Michael sings and I see a tear fall from Calum's beautiful eyes
"Who will make me fight drag me out alive, save me from myself, don't let me drown"
Calum and Michael both Sung with so much emotion like the camera wasn't even there,
"What doesn't kill you, leaves you broken inside, got a hole in my soul growing deeper and deeper and I can't take one more moment of this silence the loneliness is haunting me and the weight of the world is getting harder to hold up, it comes in waves I close my eyes hold my breath and let it bury me I'm not okay and it not alright Won't you drag the lake and bring me home again"
